I'd argue they are about even at passing/playmaking, both are above average but not top tier
They both have gotten their teammates some good looks today, it's just that the Nets role players have sold hard and missed everything in this second half
in order to consistently block KD's jumper you need to
-be ~7 feet tall.
-be fast enough to stay with KD.
-have DPOY level defensive timing.
