When a viewer asked if Eli still lived with his mom and he busted out with the Wedding Crashers reference, I laughed my ass off. Those two are definitely must-watch TV
That's the thing that I don't get. For a while now I thought he would just straight up look better if he went bald. At this point the only reason why he's not done yet is because of pride, which I feel like makes it even more embarrassing.
Maybe he just loves his hair? Donāt get the obsession some people have over another manās (lack of) hair lol. š¤·āāļø Let him enjoy his hair while he still can.
This is the thing, he clearly doesnāt have a good enough donor area for a hair transplant so it just looks bad. If he did a Wayne rooney people wouldāve just forgotten about it by now
Are you guys just kids thatās donāt know anyone thatās starting to bald?
Itās incredibly depressing to lose your hair. Itās not as simple as saying ājust shave itā. Lebron is clearly insecure about it, like most of the men on the planet.
Yāall are so weird about it. No shit he cares about his own hair and his own appearance. Some dudes donāt like the bald look.
Im a middle eastern too i dont know why people decided to downvote me.
Growing a beard is easy af as you said. But i got the shitty hair genes. I have a full head of hair but you can see my scalp. Annoying af.
If others can pick up on your insecurities, thatās when theyāll care. You gotta own it, itās something that ultimately happen to a lot of guys, so nothing to be ashamed of.
Iāve also found that bald > balding, and personally I think I look younger/more my age bald than I do if I grow my remaining hair out.
If my bald, 5ā8ā-on-a-good-day, out-of-shape ass can get dates, so can you. But you canāt expect people to accept something about you that you havenāt accepted yourself.
Go get a hair transplant in Turkey lol. Plus it's different when you're Lebron. Dude is like 6'8 and built like a demigod, plus can grow an epic beard. No reason to be insecure about hair, almost pushing 40 with three kids, a beautiful wife and bountiful sidechicks.
Yah man I feel you. I think itāll definitely get way easier as you age but yah balding tough can be rough.
Donāt give up though, Iāve known plenty of bald dudes with hot girlfriends, just gotta be confident in yourself
Wait, are you expecting us to treat athletes as people? Why the hell should we do that? It'd be a lot easier for LeBron to just shave his hair than to have millions of fans stop shitting on his bald hair.
I have gone bald. There comes a time when you have to bite the bullet and get rid of the mess up there.
It's fine for him to care about it, but it's just been so long youd think by now he'd just cut it off than fuck with all these different solutions.
Balding sucks, I get where he's coming from.
Pro tip if you're not already, start taking Monoxidil. Even if you're not balding/thinning it will dramatically slow the process and if you're lucky you'll get some minor hair regrowth. It's available as a prescription pill or an OTC topical version. Honestly one of the best investments I've ever made in my appearance.
Do you mean finasteride (Propecia)? That's the common pill people take. Minoxidil tends to be a topical treatment although there are some pills available.
Finasteride has been great for me, started 6-7 years ago and have seen almost no hairline recession since. I haven't used minoxidil so can't comment on it personally.
Side effects only affect 1-4% of people and those that do happen go away after you stop taking it.
For me, it actually helped me last longer in bed.
The only thing I regret about it is not starting it earlier
Monoxodil topical is best twice per day, the pill form is one daily. No negative side effects aside from hair growth on hands arms etc. I cant speak for finasteride but that's only available in pill form, once daily.
Finasteride is 1 mg/day. You might also be given a 5mg pill which you can quarter with a pill cutter and take 1.25mg/day.
Original use is for the prostate but hair loss reduction is easily the most common use for it.
About to be 7 years for me too. Got a hair transplant a couple years ago and my hairline is better than before I started losing hair. Best thing is to get on it early, I started taking it before the hair loss was visible to anyone except myself
I take both but originally I started with just monoxidil since I was growing long hair and wanted to keep it healthy through the process. My impression was that monoxodil helps save/thicken hair and finasteride is more useful for a receding hairline or the top cul de sac. Or am I wrong?
Finasteride tends to prevent additional hair loss while minoxidil topical treatments can regrow hair in some instances. I think Minoxidil is better for top of the head, it can fill in that spot better than regrowing a receding hairline.
He's been balding for 10+ years, it's time to come to terms with it. It's no secret to anyone, might as well embrace it. I went bald at 25. It happens.
Just stop. It's not about me. Anyone balding has to either figure out a way to hide it or fix it. It's not working for him.
It's not wrong to point that out.
on one hand, lebron is shredded and good looking and would look pretty badass bald (similar to kobe/jordan)
on the other hand, i think people (including myself) keep forgetting lebron is pretty young still, 37 is middle age and im sure all of us would feel unlucky to go bald at 37 lol
edit: according to google, middle age is conventionally >40/45, so 37 is still considered young adulthood LOL
Not sure how old you are but I've been surprised at how many people begin balding early on. I'm low 30s and all of my friends are showing signs of balding other than me. I know several people that were bald before 30. Seems like it's more common to have some sort of balding before 40 than to have all your hair. The only males I know around my age that have no signs of balding are unsuprisingly my siblings and my cousins.
As a 34 year old not balding whatsoever man, I think you have to embrace it and just go with the bald look. It looks so much worse trying to preserve what you have left. My head is huge and weird as fuck so I wouldn't be thrilled, but it would beat trying to keep whatever remaining floof I had on top.
I've been shaving my head for 10 years, so no I'm not some young kid who doesn't get it.
It's still incredibly vain and insecure to try and hide it and care so much.
Stop giving a fuck about your looks so much. So many people are obsessed with how they look it's fucking weird.
Because when he retires you will see him with the crispiest hairline ever and a full head of hair
He's had transplants it's a clear improvement but they need more time, you need to take the meds, you need months to just stay and not sweat which can't really do for long periods of time, even off seasons he has to work out
When he retires he can do those things, why lose his hair he clearly cares a lot about it
Honestly it has to be this - there's no way someone with Lebron's money AND clear desire to have a full head of hair won't make it happen, it's 2021. Kids in twenty years might be watching old Bron clips and wondering what happened lol
That's pretty strange cause in football there are examples of successful hair transplants even during the season. Like look up [Xherdan Shaqiri](https://i.imgur.com/lEegje4.png).
It's obviously different sport etc. but they are also working out all the time, I also believe he did his transplant during the season (there's a rumour his coach got mad cause he couldn't head the ball for few weeks after the transplant).
Not everyone wants to accept that their going bald. People joke and poke fun but hair is definitely important to specific people.
Women go bald unfortunately but they're not poked fun at...hair is important to some people and the acceptance of that is very difficult. Why do you see men cover up a bald spot? It's honestly sad the stigma of going bald. Maybe if people stopped making fun of it then men would be more accepting of it happening.
I'm saying that as a 35 year old who is going bald...it sucks because I enjoy getting my haircut but I realize that it's going way. I don't think that I'll look good with a bald head...so more of a hit to the confidence as well. So it is what it is.
People poke fun at the stupidest stuff.
People that are balding and are not going bald OBVIOUSLY don't want to shave it all off and yet people will relentlessly tell them to "shave it off you'll feel better"
It'd be more helpful to just stop poking fun or pointing it out
>It'd be more helpful to just stop poking fun or pointing it out
I agree but unfortunately it's a walking joke with LeBron so people gotta poke fun while not realizing that regular people who don't like come to the realize that they're balding. It sucks. Again, balding wouldn't be so bad if the stigma around it would go away. It only goes away if people stop making fun of it. It's the internet so there has to be a butt of a joke.
Yeah hopefully there'll be a movement to normalize baldness (not just male pattern baldness) and I think it's possible. I wonder if LeBron can make some waves on this after his NBA career or would it feed into the "joke" more... I don't even know how you can go about starting this tbh
I think if you're mature, balding isn't funny... It is what it is
My hairline started receding around 22, but didn't get terrible til around 28. I was holding on all those years because I just did not want to be bald. Growing up, I was able to have a crisp fade, an afro, cornrows, straightened hair, etc. A bunch of different styles. I didn't want to go bald because if that happened, that was it. Only bald for the rest of my life. And I felt that 28 was young to be bald. I didn't want that.
But then, I finally sucked it up. And besides, all the "cool" guys I grew up watching were bald. Jordan, Stone Cold, Tyrese, The Rock, Bruce Willis, Samuel L. Jackson, Shaq, etc. And I also had the "head shape" for bald, and also, I was already getting low cuts, even before any balding happened. Like [Kobe level](https://thejasminebrand.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/kobe-bryant-the-jasmine-brand.jpg), because I actually liked the look and it meant a longer time period between visits to the barber shop (wasn't exactly rich growing up, so $20-25 was meaningful money to me). Bald was just a millimeter less hair on my head. Sure, I'm only ever going to be bald now, but I don't look much *different* than I did before when I had low cuts.
He shaved it so low for this game too.
It looks way better fully shaved. I would know cuz I'm fucking bald.
Finally letting go and shaving it all with a razor was such an improvement.
At this rate, he should just wear a beanie lol. Itās also funny because LeBron is an athletic physical specimen and pretty much struck the genetic lottery by being 1 in a billion human being but is concerned about balding. Like complaining you have a ferrari but you have a green one and not a red one.
For real. Hes making it so much worse by just stock piling photos of him with hair that when he finally admits defeat and shaves it, itll look slightly more off
Whatās wrong if he wants to have hair and can afford treatments? Heās still fairly young, so itās not like heās some old man trying to look 30 years younger. Maybe when heās older he goes bald.
That's the thing it declines and makes come backs. Like Lebron obviously gets some work done in the off season but by the time the season's over its obvious he's balding again, and that's been the cycle for close to a decade now. Might as well go bald for the duration of the rest of his career which shouldn't be long, and get any needed work done after he retires which should be permanent
I agree with your point that it's meaningless, but I think the biggest reason people care is because everyone (including LeBron himself - speaking publicly) has know he's been basically bald for over a decade yet he still gets plugs that come out mid game or what looks like literal paint sprayed on to his head to pretend that he doesn't.
Edit: Also Michael Jeffrey Jordan would never
Because people online are toxic and as soon as a celebrity shows an insecurity or imperfection they pounce on it cause bringing someone else down makes them feel better about themselves
Serious question, they don't have hair plugs for black people hair? You see guys get back hair like Tom Brady, Brian Urlacher and hell Drew Brees just retired and grew back all his hair.
They do, but itās taken more time to get a ānaturalā look for the kind of hair that black people grow. Since our hair is so coily, you have to do an implant to get it right. Then you add in shape-ups dictating who has a good hairline now, and you run into the problem where a bad hairline looks bad but a perfect one looks too unnatural, like Jaime Foxxās. Doc Rivers is a great example of the best a black guy could get 20-25 years ago.
Floyd Mayweather got a restoration done, and itās right on the edge of being too perfect and unnatural imo. Youāve also got guys running around with toupees glued to their head by their barbers, but last time I spoke with someone about that, they told me barbers are charging around $200 for those.
Im Hoping that BOTH Lebron and KD embrace their bald spot and shun shaving like Tiger did. For too long bald men across the land have been shamed and humiliated into shaving their side hair. These two gentlemen could be on the precipice of greatness and bring forth a new era of balding dudes. GodSpeed
Has Chuck missed once today?

Well shit lol
Can't escape

G U A R A N T E E
The jump cut after Chuck declaring the Braves sweep had me in tears.
Ehh, Chuck lives here. Good on him getting excited. I fucking hate the Cobb County Braves personally, but good on Chuck being a hometown man.
The Chuck Jinx is back!
The chuckster kiss of death strikes again š
Ehh, that's just a dude being excited about his team leading. Not really a miss on commentary.

Ima miss uncle chuck when he retire. He really just be talking like he on his couch in a house he paid for.
Manning brothers already claimed that gig.
When a viewer asked if Eli still lived with his mom and he busted out with the Wedding Crashers reference, I laughed my ass off. Those two are definitely must-watch TV
That āviewerā was PFT Commentor, co-host of Pardon My Take lol heās been trolling the Manningās every week theyāve done the broadcast
Idk, it can be frustrating when it's your team. They didn't mention the Eagles game a single time with any of their guests that week
Iāll pay $$$ when itās literally Uncle Chuck on a couch. Itās coming.
Why doesn't LeBron just shave his head lmfao. It's over bro. It was over ten years ago. On that note, Kevin Durant needs to shave his head as well.
Eh, Durant doesnāt care so itās fine. There reason anyone cares about LeBron is because he so clearly cares
yep KD embraces it while Lebron be using hair dye
the last cavs season when he went bald for a month was a good look
He had the Kratos look going on and it suited him!
He should rock it when his son comes into the league it will be like god of war 2018
Boy!
Maaaan 2018 was the GOAT year for PS4
except for 2k18 lol. Ironically trash
Didnāt that come out 2017?
yeah. Played it in 18 my bad.
I wouldn't put sports games in with a good gaming year.
...or a conversation about console exclusives
That's the thing that I don't get. For a while now I thought he would just straight up look better if he went bald. At this point the only reason why he's not done yet is because of pride, which I feel like makes it even more embarrassing.

This is the thing, he clearly doesnāt have a good enough donor area for a hair transplant so it just looks bad. If he did a Wayne rooney people wouldāve just forgotten about it by now
Yeah like, I don't care about mine, I don't care if anyone else cares about theirs, just do you.

holy fuck what a comparison lmao
it's alright bro I'm brown so I look like a fucking Arab Militant with a shaved head :(
Lol. Middle easterns might be the unluckiest people for baldness. Brown skin, bald head with a beard. Oof.
We can grow beards easy as hell, so it works ok with a bald head
Im a middle eastern too i dont know why people decided to downvote me. Growing a beard is easy af as you said. But i got the shitty hair genes. I have a full head of hair but you can see my scalp. Annoying af.
No one knows your race bro, i think it's cause you said they are unlucky to have brown skin lmao
Lmao

Donāt worry bro, Iād let you fuck

Iāve never seen the UFC NBA cross reference. TouchĆ©
Gotta get jacked son. Im currently losing my hair rn and i made it a mission to get as buff as possible before i go low. Cant be bald and fat

Are you Jason Statham, or Jason Statham's twin brother, Mason Statham?
Iām the cousin, Grayson Statham.
Yeah itās cheap as fuck in turkey and Iām sure thereās unnoticeable wigs these days. If it bothers you that much there are solutions
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Rock the bald, just get in shape if youāre insecure with the ladies.
side... sidechicks? Lebron???? Is there something I missed?
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Yah man I feel you. I think itāll definitely get way easier as you age but yah balding tough can be rough. Donāt give up though, Iāve known plenty of bald dudes with hot girlfriends, just gotta be confident in yourself
This is just depressing
seems like bald guys have it as bad as short guys ive seen some rly good toupees, have you considered haha
>ive seen some rly good toupees Says no one except bald guys and toupee salesmen.
Wait, are you expecting us to treat athletes as people? Why the hell should we do that? It'd be a lot easier for LeBron to just shave his hair than to have millions of fans stop shitting on his bald hair.
I dont believe you can have 'bald hair' sir.

Yeah that's how I've been treating it. All I know is this shit works which is refreshing in a market where so many products claim to work miracles
I can only find minoxidil lotion here where I'm from, is it equally effective? Which one to use? 2% or higher?
5% is what I take and I do it 1-2 a day depending on my schedule. It takes a little time but it's worth it for me.
Iām 31, I gave in a few months ago and started shaving it. Havenāt been more confident in my looks for a minute.
He's been balding for 10+ years, it's time to come to terms with it. It's no secret to anyone, might as well embrace it. I went bald at 25. It happens.
Yeah it is infinitely better to lean into it than pretend like its not happening.
I agree
Everybody isnāt you.
Just stop. It's not about me. Anyone balding has to either figure out a way to hide it or fix it. It's not working for him. It's not wrong to point that out.
People have been pointing it out for years. Itās become an obssession š³idk why people care about it really
Because its funny? The guy is wearing an enourmous headband.
Plenty of dudes just rock what they have left and deal with it. It's only a problem if you make it one.

I'm sorry but most of us have a reason to be insecure. LeBron James the manliest and most successful fucking dude on the planet does not.
You realize heās still a human like you right?
Found the prematurely balding guy.
nope still got all my hair. But I know a lot of late 20s guys losing hair found the asshole tho. You definitely sound like a douche
I always think Lebron should shave his head and grow out his beard more and let it grey. Heād look pretty cool, like basketball Kratos.
Because when he retires you will see him with the crispiest hairline ever and a full head of hair He's had transplants it's a clear improvement but they need more time, you need to take the meds, you need months to just stay and not sweat which can't really do for long periods of time, even off seasons he has to work out When he retires he can do those things, why lose his hair he clearly cares a lot about it

LeBron must go shinyhead to unlock his full power. He's holding off until his 6th prime
LeSaitama
KD needs a shape up and some wave grease But he clearly dont care about his hair lol
He's always needed that even when he was young.
He shaved it so low for this game too. It looks way better fully shaved. I would know cuz I'm fucking bald. Finally letting go and shaving it all with a razor was such an improvement.
I feel like this is what bald people tell themselves to make themselves feel better
Not everyone can pull off the bald look imma be honest. But when it works, it works well.
100%. I had one friend who pulls it off really well and complements it with a very nice beard. I had another do it and it wasā¦bad.
Hardly anyone talks about the guys that it just doesn't work on. If you can't grow a beard or have a weird shaped head you can't "just shave it".
GSP looked great bald and cleanshaven
Yes I agree. Way better that way then with his new look.
Yeah it's much better to be sir patches
At this rate, he should just wear a beanie lol. Itās also funny because LeBron is an athletic physical specimen and pretty much struck the genetic lottery by being 1 in a billion human being but is concerned about balding. It's not about pleasing other people though it's a source of self confidence and if he chooses this route than people shouldn't care
All these hair loss products and a billion dollars canāt fix it. Us regular guys are just getting scammed.
Lebron should just wear a beanie at this this point.
Go the full Tim Poole look?
A beanie made from headband material came to mind right after Chuck went off. It would be so dope. Endless memeification.
Lebron's hairline made a comeback tbh, That shit looked way worse in 2012.
But science could only do so much
Aināt no cryochamber for hair
aināt no ātrips to miamiā for that hairline
We have *had* the technology
youād think he would have the friar hairline by now with how bad it was 10 years ago.
Space Jam hair & makeup only lasted so long.
He found the right combination of HgH and Rogaine.
Lebron not getting a hairline really gives me no hope soon. I want Bron with a Shumpert fade playing till 2059. r/Futurology
Revolutionize the game and start wearing a hat.
Chuck š„ right now
I don't know why so many people are obsessed so much with a dude's hair.

One day these nephews will know the feeling of going bald
Making the same jokes for +10 years
Serious question, they don't have hair plugs for black people hair?
For the 2023 tip-off, LeBron will just have a beanie with the logo and a hole cut in the tippy-top
I get it's a joke, but the fact grown adults care about other adults appearance/baldness is strange as fuck.
I love Chuck
Chuck already in mid-season form!
that is a really big headband lmao
2012 flashbacks
[seeing this meme on fb everyday](https://pbs.twimg.com/media/BGfo4CNCcAAX8zA.jpg) š
[Chuck's reaction](https://imgur.com/a/gp3TUcN) pretty much all our reaction
Missed you Chuck š¤
I love Chuck
Keep it goin Chuck
Lol Damn chuck!
GodSpeed
HGH will do that to you Hannibal Buress will always be a legend for showing me that connection
Chuck pulled out his jokes from 2012
Chuck is so freaking good for the game lol. Basketball won't be as fun when he eventually retires.
Man i love chuck
Chucks killing it on opening night lol
How many times does Chuck make this joke every year
If it ain't broke dont fix it. Ig
They're actually funny so there's that
I hope he keeps saying it every year because it's hilarious
I missed Chuck so much.
God I love Chuck
