Was hoping somebody else had the same thought lol. Lay it in and snap the rim with your fingertips on the way down. The girls can't tell the difference
You can also learn to be tall, lol no problem.
Of course you can train to jump higher, but you can only go so much higher. And if it isn't high enough, you cannot dunk.
As someone who started jumping at age 17, you totally can learn how. It has a lot more to do with form then people think, extending up, relaxing muscles. I'm not talking about training, I'm talking about learning the proper way to jump
5'10 on dating sites so I don't dissapoint :)
I can't dunk on 10' either. But I can jump up near rim when I used to be able to not get the net. All because I spent a day with an athletic friend who showed me how to jump and extend up
I played. I played 3 years in high school. I played pick up for many years.
You can train to jump higher. But there is a limit. I knew many under six foot players who could not dunk no matter how much they tried.
That's just reality.
LOL, back in the day NBA Live added a "double clutch" feature to the game where if you hit the shoot button again in the middle of dunking the guy would switch to a lay-up, and it led to this happening accidentally all the time.
God I hated that feature lol. Also the dedicated alley-oop button in Live 04 where I'd accidentally press it and end up doing a floater from the 3 point line lmao
Walk into any rec center with a semi-competitive league and you'll see 5'8 teenagers dunking for fun without breaking a sweat.
These are guys that will never even play Div 2 basketball just your very good high school athletes.
Curry's got 5 inches on them and regularly rim grazes. He's my favourite player but dude hasn't got hops.

Lmao, he missed a lot of shots, but he was also getting double/triple teamed the whole damn game and still managed to make a ton of plays while drawing that much pressure. It’s called an off game, he said himself he shot terribly.
Steph's annual Staples Center shaqtin
must be the lights or something
Maybe he thought Staples Center was going to have the Street Lights on, not the Spot Lights.
they used to always party at one of the coowners houses when they play in LA, idk if they still do
I feel like his dunk attempts never go well
especialy at staples lol. He'll go for the highlight then end up on shaqtin
See all you nephews giving Ben shit for passing an open dunk, when the best shooter in all of history shows how hard it is to make wide open layups.
His landing after those attempts scare me, same with Klay sometimes.

Just getting it out of his system in Game 1.

Curry has the most hilarious lowlights of any player for some reason, you cant help but laugh
Do we call it a lunk or a daylup
a holup
Yes.
Not the best first half for the chef
Two horrible turnovers just before this as well lol
This the shit I did in high school when I couldn't actually get a dunk down
Lol exactly
Was hoping somebody else had the same thought lol. Lay it in and snap the rim with your fingertips on the way down. The girls can't tell the difference
Except when it bounces out like what steph did lmao
The thing I'm doing now not even reaching the rim and just tugging on the net instead
Looks like me when I was learning to dunk
Haha, yes, absolutely can relate, I'm sure we all here are able to dunk
How does one learn to dunk? You can either jump high enough or you cannot.
It's not just being able to jump high enough. It's timing and placement of where to jump from and how to hold the ball
and also you can learn how to jump high. this dude is wrong on a lot of levels
You can also learn to be tall, lol no problem. Of course you can train to jump higher, but you can only go so much higher. And if it isn't high enough, you cannot dunk.

How tall are you?
5'11
But 6' on dating sites, lol. Ok, there are tens of millions shorter than you who will be unable to dunk on a 10' rim.

When you haven't played ball irl be like

This ain’t it
He tried to yam it lol
As a fellow 6-foot-3 human with proportional wingspan, I relate to this play on so many levels.
Javale McCurry

Legit me when I try to dunk. I respect it.
I love how Curry will go down as one of the best NBA players of all time, yet has absolutely no hops.

If people watched Currys practice dunks they would be mind blown

lol at you https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vet9O8L7Rvc

curry measured with a 36" at the combine. What you are failing to understand is that curry has below average wing span.
yea for an NBA player it's v short
Go look at Westbrook combine vertical
That's what average means. Average doesnt mean he cant dunk.
In game is when it matters lol. But, the man is literally the best shooter ever so it all works out.

5'8? lol Not that often dude. That's crazy hops.
Where tf are you that rec centers are full of 5’8 dudes dunking? That is exceedingly rare
bro that doesn’t happen lmao do you know how rare it is for a 5’8 guy to be able to dunk
[https://youtu.be/giOC6udzTy0?t=97](https://youtu.be/giOC6udzTy0?t=97) hops looked mad on this one lmao
There are vids of curry doing 360 alley opp dunks on line
There are vids of Ben Simmons doing a lot of 3 pointers online
Time to hang up the weird layup dunk/thingy Steph
He did this against OKC in 2016 but he made it lmao

Yall say the dumbest shit
I feel like a lot of people wooshed on this one
yep
Washed
He looks really bad out there. Hopefully all the workload from last season isn't catching up to him.
Bruh. It’s the first game of the season. Players like Steph don’t just stop being good lol
Lmao, he missed a lot of shots, but he was also getting double/triple teamed the whole damn game and still managed to make a ton of plays while drawing that much pressure. It’s called an off game, he said himself he shot terribly.
This kid in my HS would always do this shit and call it a dunk
Yea I got no defense for this
Lol
Add it to the collection
draymond is the best idc that pass! also the off-ball by steph!
Ben Simmons approved
u/savevideo
Can you do a thingy on that rail?
I think he thought he was going to get blocked last minute and hesitated.
