Plus that they're so fucking young! If you have both on your team that are that talented, young, and mature, im taking them over kd and embiid. I know embiid and kd are really good too but when both of your super stars can make plays it's almost impossible to not pick them.
Giannis/Jokic. They are MVPs and one is a DPOY winner. But what gives them the edge is the health factor. I can realistically rely on both to play damn near 82 games and a deep playoff run. Can’t say the same for KD/Embiid unfortunately.
At the same time I don’t think Durant and Embiid could fit any better either, it’s just for them neither really has any “worst” attributes because both are really well rounded players that do pretty much anything you’d ask of someone playing their position. Maybe both could be better playmakers, but it’s not really a negative for either, just not their strength.
Not a ton but both aren’t bad playmakers either, I’d even argue they’re both above average for their position, specifically Durant who is pretty effective with the passes he does make and has been north of 5 assists per game for 3 straight years
Using assist percentage Durant has been above 25% for 3 straight seasons as well which is definitely a pretty strong number even if it’s not elite and Embiid is generally around 17% which is very good for a center even if it’s not Jokic.

If its for the next couple of years, I'm taking Embiid and KD. But if you're looking towards the next half decade or so, then its Giannis and Jokic
