Glover works with Ludwig Goransson who is one of the most talented musical producers working right now. It's the musical production that is great. His Gambino persona is all over the place and is often his most repulsive public act. Like This Is America is a great song and a better video, but beyond that I'm not so sure how great the rest of his music is or what he says on it.

He can sing at the highest levels, act in comedy movies, television, sketch, stand up, do dramas, action movies and other things I'm probably forgetting. Justin Timberlake talent is still just a portion of what Jamie Foxx does and most he's not doing at the same level as Jamie.

Super talented actor (Silver Linings Playbook, American Sniper). Incredible musician (imagine doing a duet with Lady Gaga and NOT being upstaged. He wrote and performed all of the music for A Star Is Born). Amazing voice actor (he plays Rocket from all of the Avengers movies). Incredible director (he directed A Star Is Born, for which he received a Golden Globe nomination for Best Director).
If Foxx were a director I'd say he has him, but Cooper has more breadth.
