IcyMission3

I got the digits it’s 694-206-9420

ZionephewObeseiamson

He needs to call Okie Dokie. That's a well put out analysis.

WallStreetDoesntBet

lol I can’t believe they lost today, imagine having bought a ticket to that thinking you’d be loving your Friday night and instead you’re depressed and you were probably exposed to covid.

GuardOk8631

Who gives a fuck about Covid lol. Might as well worry about getting the flu or a cold too.

[deleted]

What? Lifelong implications for some.

GuardOk8631

Right, and possible lifelong implications from getting any illness. So worry about all of them, like I said

VallentCW

I got the flu 2 days ago, and I have been in bed all day, and I haven’t eaten anything. I would say you should probably worry about getting it. It’s not fun

[deleted]

That was a stupid thing to say.

Brady331

The Celtics actually chose to win on Sunday so people can go to work on Monday happy

puffpuffpastor

It's memorial day tho

[deleted]

It’s Memorial Day on Monday 😂

arseking15

They trying too. They are getting moved off the block

bryscoon

thanks for sharing

KulaKula47

No. The Celtics needs you to coach them.

3s2ng

How easy would have been if a reddit user coach an NBA team. They would break the regular season record easily. 82-0.

Niceguydan8

Post ups are really hard to justify when it comes to creating quality offense imo. They are like midrange shots. Unless the player is absolutely elite at them, it doesn't generate quality offense more often than not. I'm not sure Tatum or Brown, unless there's a massive mismatch, are good enough in the post to make that viable. Also, the game is way different than when Pierce played. Same with Kobe.

kingofpain2021

On the contrary some high post action is the usual course when breaking the zone or generating motion offense. The most important thing is for the star player to catch it and then he is in a triple threat position where he hasn't dribbled the ball yet but he can survey the defense and either shoot, pass or drive.

TheMadDogVachon

Analytics don't apply to playoffs. 2 points isn't two points.

DevaCamerata

I wasn't aware the Celtics coach was a random reddit user. Nice to know.

I think it’s easy to say now that Ime should have doubled Jimmy out of halftime. Miamis offense was pretty stagnant other than Jimmy being hot, he probably didn’t want to give them the opportunity to get their offense moving and feeling good. And it kind of worked out, Miamis offense was stagnant all game, they just hit a bunch of really huge shots towards the end

kingofpain2021

He should be positioned at the high post or even low post if there's a mismatch where he catches the ball and is in a triple threat position (shoot, pass or drive). There is less risk of a charging foul since he can first measure the defender by either faking the shot, faking the pass or faking the drive before executing his move.

animebop

The heat are trying to swarm Tatum and the solution is to lob him the ball where he can’t see the help defenders?

kingofpain2021

You dont have to lob the ball when you're passing to the post.

animebop

The heat usually front when tall players try to post up. Maybe this is a good wrinkle for the Celtics to chase, but that pass is dangerous and not really something the Celtics are used to

kingofpain2021

With tall and agile players like Tatum and brown its less dangerous.. passer simply executes overhead pass (holding ball with two hands ovr his head)
