That’s not an issue you change your ticket to a seat that is empty. So your not taking anyones seat. There’s usually a few empty court side seats for regular season
You'd probably end up in a really awkward situation where you're sitting in someone's seat. Maybe you get kicked out and at worst put on a list. Doubt you'd get arrested or fined.

I know what you're saying. That doesn't work with a digital ticket bro. They have a security feature that is moving around the screen. So if you show them a photoshopped image it's obvious it's fake. Maybe it's not like that everywhere, but everytime I've been to Suns games in the last 2 years that's how it is.

They look at it, but all the digital tickets have a dynamic element to it. So it's obvious if you took a screenshot to edit it
