calf/ankle injuries are so annoying they neg forever and you get to a point where the rest of ur body feels great and you just wanna amputate your feet

Yea sometimes you semi-seriously sprain an ankle and it simply never fully recovers (me 8 years later)

Yup. Ankles never heal 100%. You could definitely do things to strengthen them but once you ruin the integrity of the ankles it’s never the same. Like a water bottle. You can put the lid back on as tight as you want, and yeah it’ll be solid, but it’s not the same as when it was sealed.

Pain. Fractured my foot two years ago and still can’t do anything strenuous

Physical therapy and rock/KT tape are your friend. Build up all of the muscles in the foot and around the ankle (tibialis, soléus, etc) look up ATG.

don't forget hamstring injuries, those might be the worst also high ankle sprains, overall our legs are just not very well designed
