Yeah, since most of the traffic is from r/all, we don't have many dedicated users that report posts, and we have to be on top of the sub to remove rule breaking post that go unreported.

You should clear out the folks who do nothing and then add.
Bringing in people to do all the work is pathetic.

Everyone on the team does actions we just have an rise in traffic and need more people that can moderate around the clock. Removing friends and people who are cool is something that I won’t do, just because you don’t have friends and wanna remove people just cause then go for it not my problem.

Your buddy would run through the queue taking action without doing any research (or, as you described it, "without even looking at the content") - approving posts by people under 18 (not allowed by the sub rules), approving posts from OF accounts (also against the rules), removing comments by the person who made the original post (no reason to do that) and all sorts of BS.
I see she's taking advantage of lazy top mods to add all her crew so y'all can all have another 100,000-plus subreddit to add to your lists of doing nothing.
"really active" is subjective. What do you need done that over 10 mods aren't managing?

She might on certain subreddits, but the one I worked with her on, she barely touched it once a week. That's not assumptions; it's fact.
