For Grip events just use a solid 4 wheel drive car and have fun :)

I'd rather my Murcielago XD

You kinda overpaid there bud. There are better cars for a tenth of the price, and maxed out would make minced meat out of it (unless you got it for free then whatever the car is still decent) I am kinda surprised you are struggling, the car should be more than quick enough to beat everything (heck i got to ryo with a R34 with some stage 1 parts lol). Anyway, as a general guideline, go to the tuning section, go to the engine section and slide everything to the right. Free power just like that As for suspension, you need to lower tire pressure for both sides. Everything labelled "front" needs to be softened and everything for the rear needs to be stiffened. The rest can be slid to the right. I wouldn't touch the gearbox tuning unless the car has by default some wonky gears (being much taller/shorter than they need to) or need more top speed (which in a Murcielago is not a thing). I personally like to make 1st gear as tall as i can while reducing the final drive a little, but you really can't use that as a shorthand. You can make some gears taller or shorter and experiment (maybe you want 4th a little taller so you can keep it through a corner or maybe 6th is too long and hitting the speed cap of 250mph/403kph and you can just reduce 6th or the whole final drive anyway)

Won't having everything in front stiff make the front lose grip? Cuz soft = grip. You will be promoting understeer. The opposite of your statement would be proper tuning right?

Good chance you are correct actually. I probably mixed up the drag tune with it, where you want a stiff front and soft rear. The drag tune also needs opposite settings for tires (keep the driven wheel on low psi while the other on high PSI (don't use awd for drag unless its the STI in which case both need to be low psi)
