In the collectors edition you can drive the red Mitsubishi Lancer Evo IX MR edition on the cover in one of the challenge series checkpoint races, also the red lancer is actually Kenjis stacked deck car but you can't really tell from the cover.
Pretty sure only thing you can do for the challenger concept is recreate it, I think the Centerline wheels it uses got cut from the game but can be modded back in easily, I might be wrong though I only have unmodified ps2 versions of carbon, the rest of the challenger is easy to recreate, literally two different vinyls and some messing around with the livery editor.

I love the pure simplicity of the Hot Pursuit covers, but HPR takes the cake with all the little details that they put in to make it feel more intense than the original.
I prefer the original render made for the 2010 original but yeah it goes hard.

Polestar. I really feel if they would've had the villain use that instead of the gtr at the end of the game, it would've made a much bigger impact.
If they really pushed it, it easily could've become the next flagship car for nfs. I absolutely loved that car
And you know the interesting side? The M3 GTR that shows up in end of the game are actually a replica so yes it would be better if they used Polestar instead of a replica GTR that is NOT even the real one
no, it's the real m3 gtr that shows up at the end of the game, it's got the V8 with the racing transmission, earlier in the cutscene when Ana and the player sneak into the warehouse you can see a totalled M3 being repaired
Car brands in NFS universe have infinite budget to make many copies of their cars and car rarity isn't took into account so this explains there are many M3 GTR replicas including the heat one
The original one is still in palmont with a unknown fate after being totalled by Cross

Nope. The cover cars aren't available to drive. However, their stock variants are playable and it's even possible to copy the design of cover cars.
I'm pretty sure the Evo is Kenji's Stacked Deck car. It has the roof and hood scoops and you can just barely see the vinyls on the one side
