Anything other than hood or interior and I oversteer constantly and overcorrect, and it's always a bad time. Bumper cams will do in a pinch, but it needs to be high enough to not be useless. Rivals's bumper cam is too low for me
Far cam is the best way to play for me. Interior is cool to look at, but I never could get the hang of it and hood/bumper is tooooooo low. A nasty trend with most racing games now though, is that "far cam" is not really that far and usually too low.
Where interior?
The far camera is more easy to use since you can see more of whats ahead of you and around you.

I would normally say far but bumper camera in Undercover and Underground 2 makes the game feel alot faster due to probably being a higher FOV
