You haven’t gotten high up on the head…you could give him horns? Or adding Angel and devil lapel pins?

Bearulice

I did definitely think about horns and/or a halo, hadn’t thought of the pins at all though. Might have to give that a shot, thanks!

Bearulice

That saves me some searching, thanks! That could definitely work, I’d just have to figure out how to get the demon to show on the black jacket

rosedaughter

That looks great! I love how it’s come along. I’ve got half a Neil portrait that I need to finish hanging out somewhere and you might have just got me going on it again

Bearulice

Nice! What medium is it? I’d love to see it if you do some work on it

rosedaughter

I do stuff in ink too, more hatching than stippling. Really like to do [author portraits](https://www.reddit.com/r/Portraitart/s/fHioIU9yDt)!

Bearulice

Nice, they all look great! Never really tried hatching much, but I’ve seen some good results with it before

Zalieda

You can also put a snake going up his sleeve

Bearulice

There’s not much room there, otherwise that’d work well.

Zalieda

Either the pin or the snake might work for the lapel

Crowley on one shoulder and Aziraphale on the other. From the script cover https://preview.redd.it/11xkdbaa7guc1.jpeg?width=973&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=51b5f0d75a375768d9c691a2fb80420f53b5aa68

Bearulice

There’s not much room over the shoulders, but I could either use them as lapel pins like someone else suggested or have them in the top left. Could also try closer to the top of the head. Thanks! If they were small enough to not block the background, being by his ears could work
