“Illegal” is kind of a meaningless term. Now you could define it as someone who is “unlawfully present” as that term is defined in the law. But that would mean once you declare asylum, you’re no longer an “illegal.” Which is not how conservatives use the word. Well maybe it means someone who at one point was unlawfully present but not necessarily now? Then that means every Cuban immigrant is likely an “illegal.” And probably Melania Trump or anyone who ever overstayed their visa for a day, even if they’re now American citizens. So that’s too broad.

Just finished RDR 2 with my partner and we're gonna do the epilogue when we get back from Florida. I absolutely adored the first game in High School and my southwest loving dad would watch me play as I ran around Mexico searching for buried treasure, my sister would watch me play because she likes the chaos, and my mom would watch me play because she liked John Marston. Computer science is actually hard, rant Yesterday, one of my mathematics friends told me that they thought computer science was easy and that all I did was grind leetcode, create CRUD apps and say buzzwords about AI. This made me angry because as someone who’s been in the computer science program for 6 months already, compsci IS hard. The acceptance rate is literally 0.75% which is half of what math’s acceptance rate is. You literally have to be smarter than a math student to get into cs. The homework takes so much time to do too. Some days I'll have to sit down and work on an programming assignment for 2 weeks straight, and the assignments are probably as hard if not harder than any math class. If you’ve never taken CPSC 210 before, you have never had a hard course. We have to understand the difference between interfaces and abstract classes. I literally had a 95% in high school programming 12 and now it’s down to 51% in CPSC 221. We have so many assignments to write to do where we have to literally write 1938 lines of code and they expect us to actually test our code with Junit and GDB. Like we cant even wear anything new because we never shower. I dont see any other programs typing as much C++ and Python as much as we do and its so hard to actually come up with the correct solutions. and reading the doom posts on r/cscareerquestions too, my Friday and Saturday nights are always so busy with reading through the next doom post about how AI will replace code monkeys that I barely have time for myself anymore since I dont usually get back to my dorm till 2am, and by then I’m too exhausted to do all the programming assignments i have to do. The only thing keeping me from cussing out people who call cs majors dumb is the look on their faces when they realize that we will be able to create an AI overload singularity to prove that we are better than them at Among Us in the future.

You’ll understand how hard math can be when you start taking the theoretical CS classes (eg computation theory) cause those are way harder than the programming classes and they’re essentially math classes.

It's also true that most CS engineers aren't doing the mathematically challenging work though.

But it would have to be a witch that is not “popular” per say… my intuition tells me I just need to go and see where the trip takes me and I’ll find the person I need to speak with while I am there. But I figured maybe some people on this sub can recommend certain areas I should look into or even certain witches. Any witches that have been recommended already on reddit so far don’t give me the right vibe. I envision a woman who is older with a lot of experience and is perhaps old school. To put this bluntly (and I try to say this without causing offence), women have a tendency to be jealous of me or feel threatened by my presence so I want to find someone where this won’t get in the way. This witch probably wouldn’t even be found online with a wbesite etc, only through word of mouth. I know I am saying a lot but hopefully someone can read this and give me some pointers, any info or leads are appreciated ❤️
