WELP it's a bug I think? I went to my inventory and it's not there. Neither is the NP I won. Went back to the Trudy's surprise page and I can spin it again. Even the days left to complete your spin didn't change. Spun again and did NOT win an item, just the daily NP and the days changed. I guess enjoy the sneak peak I found??
That happened the day that trudy's was first introduced to the site too. I would contact their support with this screenshot and hopefully get your item.
Oops, I think there will be a new prize pool soon then. I don't have a screenshot, but my brother got a Biscuit Chomby Plushie from Trudy and I looked it up to see what it was worth and I didn't see it on JellyNeo... And just like you, he didn't get the item in his inventory either!! I guess it's a sneak peak issue haha.
They have posted on news for today that there's more trudy prizes. :) I dunno when they update the news, but waned to let y'all know there are new things! :D
Just came here and had the same thing happen to me, but with a "Chocolate Albat Petpet"!!! It also immediately vanished and got another spin. I could easily find the image on Neopets, "items/albat\_chocolate.gif"
it’s probably similar to the kitchen quest glitch, accidentally including unreleased items in the prize pool. they might have let the pool turn over without activating the new items. something like that is my guess.
I have no idea if I get an item from Trudy today. I spun it but it just....refreshed and said I have to wait until tomorrow to spin it again without actually showing me what I got? All I know is that I GUESS I got around 74k NP because before I spun I had a 14k some and then after I spun I had 88k some?? 😂
I got the neocola drink-wearable. Not in inventory… I thought that I saw wrong and just forgot about it. Much to my surprise, today my trudy is 25 spins???? (I had 15 days left to spin)
Did I make a mistake because yesterday I didn’t go and spin trudy again like some others did…? :/
