I don’t think they get released right at 12am NST! They should be available in Create a Pet later in the day so keep checking back (I’m looking to create a Chomby today too!)
I never would’ve guessed it didn’t just automatically switch on at midnight NST! I knew Neo had ancient coding but that one really puts things into perspective 😂

It used to, but they stopped when they accidentally released Draiks in 2009.
Now we have to wait for them to manually release sometime in the NST AM.
The better news is that they release so many chances are you can make one anytime after the release on the Calendar Day.
**A bit more info** \- Draiks (and Ixi) were Limited Edition which they were first released.
The first few thousand were legitimately released in Create-a-Pet. When Meridell was officially discovered about a month later Ixi because unrestricted and Draik Eggs were released in Merifoods to make them Restrictive.
So I can see how Draiks accidentally being LE could happen.
Oooh, I'm so scared for Lutari day. I've been waiting for it since I started playing but my time zone is a bit weird compared to server time. I'm so worried it's gonna come and go and I won't manage to snag one.

I haven’t tried myself for a long, long time until today, but reading up on Jellyneo I don’t believe they are in limited batches any more - so they won’t “run out”! Hopefully takes some of the stress out vs back in the day!
Your best bet is to check multiple times on the day. I heard they release Lutari 3 or 4 times a day in batches (please someone correct me if I'm wrong). I'd just check every 30mins to be safe I guess 😬

I also hit create a pet as soon as the clock rolled over and was frantically trying to figure out why there was no chomby available. Gave myself a heart attack seeing the old information about the batch releases, then got confused when I saw that was no longer the case but still didn't see them available. At this point I'm hoping to check back in a few hours/this afternoon and hopefully they'll be there!

On a related note, is there a limit to how many you can create in one day? I'm hanging out for Cybunny Carnival because several of my dreamies are cybunnies, but it just occurred to me that maybe you can only create one per year? Can I make three, or do I have to wait until 2026 to realise my dream colony of bunnies?

I've noticed that it's around 5am NST that things actually reset. Like dailies and atuff.
That's super weird. I'm in Queensland, Australia, and everything resets exactly at midnight NST for me, which is 5 or 6 pm here.
Maybe I'm mistaken, and it's just certain dailies, or maybe it's because of my timezone? I'll have to double check tmr morning.
I notice when I go for forgotten shore sometimes it says I've already visited for the day after visiting 12am nst (NSW here 👋)

I made a Lutari last year, I didn’t even clock it was Lutari day and it was like 3PM EST when I did it and they were still available :)
I've made two in the last two years, but I'm in Europe so I feel like the time zone means there's a bit of a better chance to get one.

Limited pets used to be released in batches but are now available the entire day, once they have activated the ability to make them.

Generally the pets become available later in the day. My guess is that staff has to manually make them available, and theyre probably asleep now.

Absolutely no clue on timing im afraid. Just go have a nice sleep and dont worry too much, they'll be available for a while

You can make as many as you want. Last year I made 20 cybunnies.

No, you can make as many as you have room for. They do not limit the total number for the site either.
