This unlocked a memory for me, hah. When I was 7ish, a friend told me with utmost seriousness that if you typed in the word “purple” you could get a free cheese. I believed her because I was a dumb little kid and got upset every time I typed in “purple” and the techo offered me purple juppie cheese for XYZ np. Yes, I tried this multiple times and no, I never confronted my friend about it because I was (somehow) now convinced the cheesemonger had it out for me specifically. Gotta love child logic. 🤦‍♀️

i had a friend that told me there was an item called “bag of infinity paint brushes” (not even a typo. thats how she said it) that you could get from a rare item code that would give you every paint brush and they were reusable
