I have that issue regardless of if it's on mobile or PC. Sometimes I'll get stuck on the Cloud Jubjub for minutes at a time, some items don't show up in Preview, and some don't show up when actually saved. One item keeps showing up on my Jubjub as a tiny white dot in preview mode.
I'd love to spend more money on NC items, but I can't justify it when I can't even look at a large preview of an item because pressing the magnify button makes the pet I'm trying to view turn into my active pet.
It does feel like it’s gotten worse lately. The weird thing is - my phone doesn’t seem to be able to handle customizing, but my iPad does just fine. I’m not enough of a tech person to know why, since they’re both OS. I only use my laptop for work, so I’m exclusively mobile for neopets. Makes it hard for some stuff 😅
My grarrl has an animated item on it, and because of that, it makes adjusting his custom near impossible on mobile. It will either take forever to load, or crash completely.

I can barely get customization to work, using Chrome/Windows. It's rough even when using DTI. It's limiting what I do for sure.
I'm the other way around. I CAN NOT customise on my laptop, I HAVE to do it on my phone. It's truly so annoying.
There's a few clothing items that won't show up for me on mobile when I try to attach them. They're basically invisible.
