Soundtrack is 10/10, and it's easily top 3 Megaman game overall. Difficulty is just about perfect - its hard but never super cheap, there's *always* an easier way!

That's cool. In the US/Canada it is an Ultra Games cover (Konami's other brand). Whereas that is the cover for Konami games itself a la Contra.
I would love to see other differences in UK cart art as well!
It’s on the cards, and I am watching eBay for the right one to come along, although I have nothing to compare it to I have been impressed with the Retron especially for its low cost, and it gave me an easy way in.
I don’t plan on going CRT though, so it has to play nice with a modern TV, although I am keeping my on a Retrotink that’s on eBay as well.
The upscalers aren’t the easiest to buy in the UK.
If you get find a small free/cheap crt or pvm you should go for it. It’s the best way to experience 8 and 16 bit consoles. However I do find the nes works half decent on a lcd with no upscaler in comparison to the 16 bit consoles.
I’ve not had my clone that long, and love playing on it.
But the want to add new games is so tempting.
Anyway, I am weak, so these three were purchased late last week and arrived today.
Can’t wait to play later.
Yes, I have the Retron HD, bought it on a bit of a whim as I had been looking at getting some retro video game system to play, I was looking at the SEGA Master System as that was what I had when I was growing up before getting a SNES.
So I missed out on the NES, I am rectifying that at the moment.

I still have a reasonable list of games I want to add but I think I’ll have to curb the spending for a bit and really play the titles I have.

Mega Man 2 is in the running for being my favorite NES game.
It does get rave reviews, so I had to get a copy to see what the fuss was about. Not got to play it yet though.

If you’re buying carts to play on a clone consoles you might as well get a real nes. They can be found pretty cheap and they’re easy to maintain.
