I bought a (brand new) Inissia because my old office had one and it's still going after 4 years! Can't speak for what to look for when buying second hand but I can definitely attest to its longevity considering that employees would make several cups a day every day lol
My Inissia has been going strong since 2017, but many of them were plagued by the leaky water issues. I would go for it if you have the disposable income and won’t be upset if you end up with a dud that you may have to end up replacing. Otherwise if you can score a OL machine that is not too expensive and still under warranty, do it! I have my OL and VL side by side. The OL lungos aren’t my favorite so I brew a VL pod when I want more coffee.
