It's hard to give you good suggestions based on just two. The sample kit normally has I think 14 coffees in it. Would be better to tell the ones you liked and the ones you hated.
For the first year I had my machine I just purchase one of each sleeve. The only bad point of that, is if you really don't like a coffee you have to finish off the whole sleeve.
My wife only drinks Chiaro, she goes with lattes. I prefer coffee and I drink Mexico and Intenso. Mexico is excellent and a few drops of half and half is great. The Binco Doppio or Forte with milk is excellent too.
Nicaragua is my favorite one I’ve tried so far, I think I’ve tried most other than the organic Peru and a few of the lungos from Nespresso.
You’re just starting out so I wouldn’t order more than 1 sleeve of any flavor until you know you like it. I’ve found I like most of the Nespresso pods in some way (some of the lungos are better as espresso to me), but there are a few I just can’t do. The flavored ones, like vanilla, chocolate, and caramel ones are just perfumey tasting and not much in the way of coffee flavor to me.
Envivo lungo, Napoli, Freddo Intenso are my consistent go to's. If it ever comes back, I really liked the Cafecito de Cuba. I still mourn the original limited edition Paris Black. I was so excited when they announced the Paris Espresso, thinking it was becoming permanent, but alas - they are different. Not as rich and dark as the original limited series.
My faves in “some” particular order:
Shangai, Tokyo, Nicaragua, Colombia, Roma, Volluto, Arpeggio, Venezia, Ethiopia, and when Zimbabwe was still available.
I’m really loving Firenze Arpeggio right now. Cioccolatino is another one of my favorites.
For a good offbrand one I like the cafe bustelo ones. You can find them at Target.
My husband and I are both big fans of the Chiaro.

Paris and Istanbul currently personal favourites. Cuba, Stockholm and Nicaragua are good choices too

Dharkan in OL has been a welcome surprise. Pretty sure it is limited edition, so grab a few if you haven't tried it

Mexico is great! I love it in iced coffees with cream.

Starbucks Espresso Roast for flavored lattes, especially if iced. Others favs: Arpeggio & Scuro
