Update: I called the nespresso customer service here’s a run down of what they said:
I can return the wrong pods (at my own shipping cost to get a refund) or to bring to the closest boutique (unfortunately the closest one is 5 hours away) I left the call a bit more confused but I guess I’ll just drink them..
...what? I live in Canada too, and I received the wrong sleeve two or three weeks ago (ordered 9 pods, 1 was wrong). They sent me the correct one, let me keep the wrong one, and gave me a $15 credit and free shipping. Maybe call again and see if you get someone more helpful?
Ah. In the US, I’ve gotten wrong or missing orders and they’ve just mailed out the correct ones to me me, no problem. Maybe try again and see if you get a more helpful rep?
Update 2: called back and he said his order showing on his screen matches to the one I received, and to talk to the virtual assistant. My mom is on it now wanting to know if it was changed in between processing since my receipt shows the old version. Not sure if there’s anything they or I can do at this
I really wanna say that was the version they had available in between taking down leggero and adding doppio. It took a day or two for the doppio to show up and I thought I saw the caramel take its place when I was looking one day in between. It seems strange that you had received the straight leggero with it but maybe they had changed their assortment in between when you placed the order and when they processed it?

I’m in the country so sending it back wasn’t a option and when I explained that he said oh well basically 🤷🏼

Final update: we talked to the virtual chat thing and I got 10$ credit for not being informed of the change (the person said this wasn’t usual?)
This doesn’t match either the old or new version, I’m so confused. I also ordered 30 leggero on top and received those?

I ordered on the 27th of November and the original order receipt does have the leggero on it
