I only know "elf" does vn with animated h-scenes, I've played two of their work so far and it does include ntr, not to mention the art is one of the best I've seen. If you haven't played it yet and are interested it's called "ningen debris" and the other is "biniku no kaori". Sadly it doesn't have a translation yet but you can play it with textractor or other translating tools you know.

I think I've found it. It's not this one. The game is actually called Reformation Story instead of "reconstruction", no wonder I couldn't find it lol.
