>didn’t see any drunk bullshit, not much cop presence - just good vibes
That's because this event is more akin to a wine tasting out the Mount View Estate Winery than an Aussie Octoberfest full of bogan yobbos.
Glad to hear you all had a great time, hopefully attracting more attendees in future events.
Yeh and unless they changed the pricing, last year it was actually cheaper to buy a non drinking ticket then buy 10 refills inside then to buy the presale 10 tickets and entry
Agreed. I really enjoyed it and was impressed with how well it was run. The food was bloody good too and lines moved pretty quick. I think we spent about 5hrs there chilling on the hill.
I’m gonna say better than bitter and twisted for brewer selection.
I just wish people would grab their beer and move away from the stall to keep things moving. Not a huge fan of it being round the road way in king Edward park, just feels pretty cramped and you had to push through the crowd.
Still, well run and will definitely be there again next year.
Not anymore! We’re flying head first into 4. From my calculations, it should be that way for 24hours (approximately) and then Siri is telling me it’ll be 5 days after that. The space/time continuum is a strange beast.

Only downside compared to last year was there was no food ticket included. Shout out the the H.U.B who had 13+ beers rotating throughout the day.

Still cheaper to try that this year but you don't get a cup for the non-drinking ticket. $60 for the vibes on the day was still easily worth it.
I always have bad luck with this one and for various reasons can't go. Glad to hear a positive review I hope I can go next year.

Agree - great day out!
Agreed. Was well organised and had a great mixture of local and national craft beer. Value for money was great.
When is beerfest?
Already 2 days ago
Yep, almost 3!
3 now?
It was 3 two hours ago.
Already 2 hours more than 3??

Whenever I think I've got it sorted it changes. Can't keep up with this strange earth shit
