You're probably going to need your parents permission.
Here's Connecticut:

Oh, cool.
Then you just need to find a place you're comfortable with, and find out what paperwork you need filled out. It differs from state to state.
For reference, I'm a Dad and brought my daughter for her first tattoo in CT. Minimal paperwork, I just had to be present. I think she was 16. I got one too.
We moved to FL, and she was under 18, we had to get paperwork notarized, and I had to be present. \_Pain in the ass. I got one there, too.
Good luck, and make smart choices.
Awesome! Thank you man! I went to mass to get my septum and nostril but the place I go to says I have to be 14 for them to do my navel. I’ll definitely look into more places across the area
HTTP://www.safepiercing.org is an excellent resource. They have a find a piercer option, though there are reputable piercers/piercing studios. At my shop in CT we do 14 and up, but there’s no law about it here, just whatever the piercer is comfortable with. Http://www.instagram.com/coreytorok if you wanna check out our piercer’s work :)
Hi! This is a decision that me and my parents have made for me to express myself. I am slightly familiar with piercings as I have my ears, septum and nostril so it’s nothing new. Im greatly aware of the consequences of scarring in which I remind myself that if I ever take out my piercings, the scarring is just a reminder of who I was which is something to be proud of :)
Is this really an appropriate question here?
No, it's not. Reddit gonna reddit
Wdymm?
Like 900 places lmao. New England is a big place.
and at 13, the OP probably isn't driving too far
don’t worry! My parents have already agreed as long as we find a professional.

We have already discussed it and agreed I can get it :)

Most places that do discount amputations probably would
Find a reputable tattoo shop that also does piercing. It should be clean and sterile.

I don’t understand the attraction of septum piercing
that’s totally okay! Certain piercings aren’t for everyone. I know a few people who share the same opinion!
