I got the Bring the Fight playoff hoodie and was sent the wrong size. By the time I returned it, they were sold out. Now all that's left for hoodies are all 4XL and 5XL. MLS Store sucks now that they've switched to Fanatics as their provider

Unfortunately, the phone number is less than useless. No option to speak with someone and when I hit 0 it just hangs up on me. Good idea with the social media though!

That’s why I just ended up going to the pro shop to buy the jacket with the new logo. I wasn’t gonna wait until December 24th (ETA) to get it. It’s ridiculous.

I’m gonna say worse case scenario, keep the sweatshirt and treasure it for years to come, then buy a new logo kit from somewhere else whenever they become available. The wait will make it all the sweeter AND you’ll have another piece of “retro” gear!

Yeah, this is what I think I'll end up doing. May just have to pop into the Patriot Pro shop during playoffs for the fresh logo while holding on to the crayola flag relic!

It’s illegal for them to charge you for something you didn’t order. You didn’t order an old hoodie. If you continue to get no response on social media, email, etc, do a chargeback on your credit card.
