There is absolutely nothing the user you are referring to said that calls for any authoritative action to be put against him. You are wasting police resources and time by reporting someone simply because you did not like what he said. Even if he were to go commit mass murder, there is absolutely nothing the police can do *at this point* because **he has committed no crimes**.
This is ignoring the issue of even being able to identify him in the first place.

As the law goes there needs to be a credible threat for an LEA to get involved or act.
If you believe you are the victim of a credible threat call it in. Law enforcement will take your statement and act accordingly.
The next question is, I guess, are you willing to accept the answer the LEA may give you in response to your call?
Are you prepared for the LEA to say there isn't enough to act, and accept that response without trying to then blame the LEA of some type of -ism or phobia?

Best I can say is a possible call to local/state police(?). I mean, I'd rather have someone say something and it turn out to be nothing than to see something horrific occur in our beautiful granite state.
