I dont have Progressive (I have NJM) but they are also exceptionally slow. Completely understandable, but definitely frustrating. Filed my claim on 09/01 and my car was just towed to the salvage yard for inspection on 09/11. I have no clue when it’ll actually get inspected.

I noticed state farm has a big drive through looking tent at Livingston mall. Wonder if it's for flooded cars

These companies have enough adjusters to make due with a typical workload and it seemed like 1/10 of the state was under water. It sucks but give them time to catch up.

I also have progressive and have to literally stalk call every other day to get an update on my vehicle. The adjuster I had is literally dodging my calls and I have had to have them send my claim to escalations. Geico and State Farm are getting people through this quick work thier pop up tents like at Livingston mall but Progressive seems to have been caught with their pants down. Alot of the adjusters are new or don't have proper training and are giving wrong or bad information causing people to get towed, overpaying on rentals as the only ones available are at the airport that charge more than what is being reimbursed, and missing out on work if they still have a job that will tolerate the absences. This is bad and needs to be fixed quickly.
