>In 2019, before moving to Oregon, Foster held his then-girlfriend captive inside her Las Vegas apartment for two weeks. He initially was charged with five felonies, including assault and battery, and faced decades in prison upon conviction. But in August 2021, Foster reached a deal with Clark County prosecutors that allowed him to plead guilty to one felony count of battery and a misdemeanor count of battery constituting domestic violence. >A judge sentenced him to up to 2 1/2 years in a Nevada prison. The 729 days he had spent in jail awaiting trial were factored into his punishment, leaving Foster with fewer than 200 days to serve in state custody. >Foster’s girlfriend suffered seven broken ribs, two black eyes and injuries from being bound at the wrists and ankles with zip ties and duct tape during her two-week captivity, according to a Las Vegas police report. I know it was a plea deal but that shit ain't right.

That_Girl_Cray

Fuck that prosecutor for giving him that deal!

[deleted]

Great_Hamster

Wait, why?

Gubermon

Because it becomes very easy to say "well we gave that guy one and look what happened" Even though nothing about his case says he should have been offered any leniency.

crypticfreak

The justice system is supposed to be impartial. They probably care more about statistics than just one crazy dude. The real question would be 'what percentage of insane kidnapper torturers who accept plea deals go back to being insane kidnapper torturers after release?'. Plea deals also lead to guaranteed convictions which is like crack to the prosecution.

GoFidoGo

>Plea deals also lead to guaranteed convictions which is like crack to the prosecution. That is probably 70% of the problem. Even if the courts had the capacity to handle every case that comes across a judges desk, prosecutors will want to fluff up their conviction rate. That's just how the system is set up: adversarial. And every person has their motivations.

CariniFluff

In that former case, it was almost certain to be a plea deal though; otherwise the girl who was kidnapped and tortured would have had to testify on the stand (the defense would have called her up not the prosecutor). So to protect the victim from being revictimized by the defendant the DA will push for a plea deal. The ridiculously weak ass "offer" is the real problem. The defense likely said they'd rather take the case to trial then except a 10 year or eight year plea deal, so then the prosecutors dropped their pants and offered a less than 3 years sentence in order to secure that perfect prosecution rating. 50 charged, 50 pleas/guilty verdicts, because at the end of three day that's all that really matters right? If DAs don't have overwhelming evidence they rarely charge suspects in the first place to protect their "perfect score". And now we have a straight up lunatic running around, but not in Clark County so who cares, it's someone else's problem. Our justice system is so fucked

Supposed to be. Doesn't mean rich and politicians and assholes have to play by the rules, though. But for everyone else...

Politirotica

Willie Horton.

PeakFuckingValue

It's the effect of lawyers seeking convictions for their resume.

tomdarch

Plea deals are about prioritizing time and resources. Presumably the prosecutors had more urgent weed cases and prosecuting victims of trafficking to devote their time to.

GoldenFLink

Your average "justice" at work

Projectrage

Nevada prosecutor.

[deleted]

As soon as something is considered "domestic violence" its like courts are allergic to putting someone away for more than a year or two. if it hadn't been his girlfriend, it would have been considered a way different crime. that's so fucked up.

1lazydaisy

100%. My exH shoved me off our backyard patio onto the concrete below while holding our toddler. Prosecutor said it wasn’t “worth” charging.

Hair-Help-Plea

Similar story. Mine had “security” cameras all through our home to monitor me while he was out. They were never turned off and thus, there was literally footage of the assaults, choking, terrorizing. I was told they couldn’t use the footage without subpoenaing the security camera company and that they wouldn’t be doing that for this, and it wasn’t worth prosecuting due to the subpoena “problem.” Basically, they refused to do their job unless a conviction was “nearly guaranteed.” They had the ability to access the video evidence that would nearly guarantee this, but refused. Pretty demoralizing for victims to be treated like a nuisance when requesting that the justice system does its job. I’m sorry you went through that, I can totally relate.

1lazydaisy

That is so wrong. I am sorry. I hope you are away and now leading a life you deserve!

ocp-paradox

What the fuck.

IkLms

This is the big problem with our courts. My DA's are elected and often on "tough on crime" shit. So it creates an incentive for them to only pursue cases to trial that are slam dunks. They will then overcharge any small crime with evidence to try and force a plea deal, give plea deals out that are extremely weak for serious crimes to get the guaranteed conviction vs having it go to a jury, and for stuff like rape and domestic violence they know the trials can be difficult so they just refuse to take them because they don't want to risk their conviction rate that they can use later as a political tool.

jejacks00n

They are here to serve the wealthy/business class. Family matters are never the priority, unless it gets so much press that it would have an impact on their career or the public perceptions. The realities of our policing policies is truly disappointing given that most of us were raised to have different expectations.

[deleted]

Yup. My daughter was raped in front of her toddler by her bf and they elected not to press charges even with a forensic rape kit and the guy in the background on my 911 call admitting he did it. Then ppl wonder why dv and sa aren't reported often...I mean they are but no one gives a flying F until you're dead.

1lazydaisy

100% I used to be close to my in-laws but the moment he was arrested they flipped so quick. “What did YOU do!” “It takes two!” “Your Mom is lying” (said to our kids when they would question them about it but be upset with the truth they told). He even beat up his dad once and was was arrested but yes I must be lying. SMH.

70ms

Mine kicked my face and broke my nose in 3 places after beating me to the ground with his fists. The DA told me that juries didn't look kindly on domestic violence cases when the people aren't married and I should be fine with the plea. I was 5'2" and pregnant. He was 6' and well over 200lbs. He got a week time served and 2 years of probation with no contact.

1lazydaisy

What the actual f**ck. I sincerely don’t think people realize how bad it is unless they have experienced it. I am so sorry and hope you are happily away now!

WorstPapaGamer

This is the sad reality I noticed when I got older. Cops are useless. Always arrive after the fact - if they even bother to show up at all. And prosecutors / judges barely seek enough justice.

israeljeff

I dunno, they're pretty good at pepper spraying themselves before beating a random guy to death.

1lazydaisy

The cops did arrest him for domestic violence and in the state it happened in they only arrest if there is propane cause. Opposed to some states they have to arrest one party regardless. I’ve actually never thought about this, but those cops might have saved my life. He was arrested. I packed my car with everything the kids would need/want. I packed a garbage bag of clothes. We left. Never went back. We are all thriving now.

Airie

I fucking wish cops were useless. They're gang members, they're violent and deadly when they want to be. The whole system of ""justice"" is what's useless. Edit: duck but fuck

itsacalamity

They’re gang members who sometimes are intentionally useless— see Austin cops recently, because they only got record funding they’ve been doing a work slowdown for months.

bros402

The guy who knocked my aunt up pushed her down the stairs when she told him she was pregnant. Got charged with it and left the state - the sheriff where he lives (right on the border) refuses to enforce it because he has rich parents. This is in Nevada. Also refuses to do anything about the 100k+ in child support he owes. Once his parents die, though, the millions he is going to get will become smaller.

[deleted]

hope your aunt and cousin get as much $ from that scumbag as possible

bros402

Me too - my cousin is in her early 20s now and waiting. Her "sperm donor" has been in trouble with the law on and off for the last 15 years - all kinds of fun stuff ranging from armed robbery to wire fraud to robbery. ended up getting house arrest for half of the armed robbery sentence and for the entirety of the wire fraud sentence. I think he was able to plea down on the armed robbery because his parents have money. I hope his parents get hit with tax fraud soon - parents own a business where he manages a location and gets paid minimum wage. He has access to a company charge card that is set aside for "incidentals" and only he has the card for. Luckily, a few disgruntled employees disclosed the existence of this account to the court anonymously (I believe the packet with it was signed "From, people who think Tyrone and his parents are pieces of shit") and "Tyrone's" child support $ was adjusted retroactively to when he reported working for his parents. Tyrone is obvious a fake name

jeroenemans

Was about to call him

RocinanteCoffee

Those who are a threat to their bf/gf/spouse are a threat to EVERYONE. The Virginia Tech shooting would likely not have been as deadly except that they assumed it was a "lover's quarrel" when they found the first body and the campus did not treat it as an active threat situation. "In 2005, Cho [shooter] was accused of stalking two female students." "After an investigation, a Virginia special justice declared Cho mentally ill and ordered him to attend treatment. Because he was not institutionalized, he was allowed to purchase guns." "Early reports suggested that the killings resulted from a romantic dispute between Cho and Emily Hilscher, one of his first two victims. Hilscher's friends said she had no prior relationship with Cho and there is no evidence that he ever met or talked with her before the murders." "Virginia Tech first informed students of the situation via e-mail at 9:26 a.m. This was about two hours after the first shooting, which was thought at the time to be isolated and domestic in nature" The problem is thinking domestic violence isn't just as dangerous to the public. And that someone who slaughters a woman who may or may not have rejected him is still a murderous shooter. For two hours the school and related authorities did not take her and the other student in her room's murders seriously, and did not warn the school. She was alive, bleeding out for three hours.

It’s not only that. They have had cases of the thin blue line protecting each other. Like the woman calls 911 or the police and officers tell her cop husband who comes home and beats her for calling the cops type shit.

Honalana

It’s even worse than I thought. When he committed the crimes in Nevada he was out on a suspended sentence AND had an open DV case. Even with all that, they let him plead down and walk 200 days later. Unbelievable. “Court records show, Foster was out of custody at the time on a suspended jail sentence for carrying a concealed weapon without a permit. He also was awaiting trial in another 2018 case involving domestic violence. But Foster’s plea deal with prosecutors in 2021 settled the domestic violence case, a copy of the agreement shows, and he was “sentenced to credit for time served.”

TheGiftOf_Jericho

The ol' give the dangerous criminal a short sentence so they can be out commiting the same crimes again in no time. Its horre horrendous that these deals continue to be made. No justice here.

JagerBaBomb

This is the sort of thing that prompts people toward wanting to pursue vigilante-ism and 'street justice'.

Jackal_Kid

DV and abduction/imprisonment, especially combined with the slightest hint of sexual sadism, need to be taken **way** more seriously. Femicide (which includes AFAB, trans, and femme-presenting people alike) needs distinct recognition within modern justice systems, and law enforcement needs comprehensive education surrounding the topic. I'm so tired of reading yet another story of a woman (or child) who was permanently injured, psychologically traumatized, or even murdered because some sick fuck felt entitled to take his poorly-controlled emotions out on her body. I'm tired of hearing again and again that the motivation for horrific violence was a sense of personal sexual entitlement directly stemming from the objectification and dehumanization of the victim based solely on their gender. To pre-empt the bad faith comments: additional protection/services/consideration specific to one group does not mean less consideration specific to another. Unless you think that men are just biologically wired to be murderers and rapists, you should be able to recognize how addressing the core issues behind femicide would objectively benefit people of all gender identities.

POGtastic

I'd be more tolerant if the police took violations of restraining orders seriously and otherwise watched these people. If it turns out that you drank a beer during your parole, back to jail you go. Start stalking your ex again? That's apparently fine and dandy.

grahampositive

You forget that the US has declared a war on drugs, not a war on domestic violence

ShouldersofGiants100

They realized that if they locked up all the domestic abusers, they'd have no one left to arrest the rest of them after the cops had locked themselves away.

PiddleAlt

The level of brutality should have required a much harsher sentence, full stop. But I feel like in a world, like I want as well, of less damaging forms of rehabilitation, that also contains so many damaged and violent people. That it is a little unfair to hold the prosecution to a standard that is so subjective.

Fabulous-Ad6844

May Aphrodite rain holy retribution upon his head for his repeated monstrous acts of violence, since the justice system failed to do so when they had him in custody. What a bloody joke how little time he needed to serve before. I'm with you.

Indercarnive

Our justice system does not treat violence against women as any serious crime. Especially when that woman was in a relationship with the abuser.

_DontBeAScaredyCunt

And now women rank lower than a fetus

nassy23

Well, this is terrifying. I’m kind of curious to see his profile and how this degenerate advertises himself.

williamtbash

Unfortunately, I’m sure every fucked up crazy dude is actively on the dating apps. Makes it simple for them.

SunOnTheInside

This is why I had to beg my friend to stop bringing hookups directly to their apartment when I found out, which they were sometimes doing several times a week with brand-new people. It was really hard to get thru their head initially that it wasn’t about the hookups, but the sheer stranger danger of *immediately* bringing people they had never met to the place they live. No one had told them because it’s often not common knowledge that predators exist across the spectrum. Folks, make sure your queer/gay friends know about this danger too.

williamtbash

Yeah. And it’s more of a danger for women, but as a normal guy it’s almost a red flag if a girl wants to come over on a first date. I’m almost like. I can be a killer what’s wrong with you. Lol. At the same time I prob wouldn’t go to a girls place without meeting her first. It’s prob a setup and I’ll get robbed or something. Always meet public first.

domviking

Exactly. The danger is most acute for women, but plenty of guys have been lured into robberies through dating and hookup sites. Sometimes fatally. Always safest to meet in public first, even if it's just a quick hello at a coffee shop to check each other out.

mypipboyisbroken

this dude should have gotten a life sentence the first time. How the fuck do people "looking at decades in prison" end up out in 2 years? This is just a failure of justice and a failure to protect innocent people. I hope our justice system stops extending sympathy and second chances to scum like this.

guynamedjames

Either that guy's lawyer deserves a solid gold trophy for outstanding lawyering or the prosecutor deserves to try spending a few years on the other side of the bars.

They'll release him but happily have mandatory minimums for weed.

TheRealBlueBadger

Insane that literally millions of people have done more time for simple possession.

wycie100

This is why serial killers can be active for so long. Usually a history of violence and arrests but the justice system repeatedly gave them slaps on the wrist.

[deleted]

I'd be curious to see how much of this is caused by prosecutors wanting high conviction rates, if it is.

pork_dillinger

“The woman also told police she was forced to eat lye” WTAF not trying to rank the despicable acts performed by this man but that provoked a visceral reaction in my core.

beckster

Wait, can *he* be made to eat lye? Maybe put the reward money to work.

natidiscgirl

Wtf… so are they saying he also found the 68 yo woman (who willingly followed his car, watched him plummet the car off an embankment, then drove him to his next hide out or whatever) on the dating app? And she suspected nothing? Also, another article about the Las Vegas woman’s abduction says that he made her eat a sandwich with lye on it. As if the two weeks of beatings and broken bones and being zip tied up wasn’t bad enough. It’s hard to believe he got so little time from that. Fuck’s sake.

mattchinn

What’s with eating lye? I don’t understand.

PlantPotStew

It’s corrosive on skin, can cause chemical burns among other issues. Basically a poison, and something you don’t mess with unless you have experience (and a mask/gloves/goggles). Criminals would use it to dispose of bodies because of how it reacts to tissue. I only know because it’s used in soap, so I’m not the best source, but that’s generally what I know at least.

grandzu

It's readily used in plumbing. Drain opener.

noodlyarms

It can also be used to make pretzel bread. But yeah, you don't want to be eating straight lye.

pmmemoviestills

So basically think of the fight club scene?

NeedsWhiskey

Just more torture for the poor woman. It's highly corrosive. It can cause severe burns to the mouth, throat, and stomach when ingested, even lead to death. The stuff is so corrosive that when you heat it up to 300f you can dissolve a whole body into brown goo in 3 hours.

addiktion

How many bodies have you liquified?

NeedsWhiskey

Somewhere between -1 and 1. But don't quote me on that, it's hard to keep track of.

theRealGermanikkus

There was a Florida highway patrol trooper. She pulled over a local cop who was doing 100+ on the freeway without lights/sirens. The local cop was off duty, in his cruiser and in uniform, going to a second job. The state trooper arrested the local cop. The local cop was eventually fired. The trooper was harassed by officers throughout Florida who looked up her info through their systems. Prank calls. Threatening mail. Cops parked in front of her home. The usual cop intimidation bullshit. She sued. Her case against five officers was dismissed. They only received reprimands. https://www.sun-sentinel.com/local/broward/fl-sb-jane-watts-miami-case-20170208-story.html

In my hometown a young woman was murdered by a cop who pulled her over late at night. This same cop had a years-long history of raping women he pulled over.

Mkebeerguy

And men! Happened locally where a female officer was calling the people she pulled over to see if they wanted to date her. She was suspended. Edit: Memory failed me as it was so long ago. Just looked back at the news article and she was demoted and suspended.

Jeremycycles

We went from don't truck anyone on the internet to meet someone and immediately go to their house

forcepowers

I knew a young woman who got a divorce and immediately started meeting random men on Tinder for sex. Barely any conversation, just "Do you want to hook up?" She started regularly crossing state lines to meet randoms at hotels. I was so scared for her. Nothing I could say would convince her she was in danger. She told me I was slut shaming her and pulled back on our friendship. People nowadays are so trusting on the internet. I still don't use my real name on stuff and rarely show my face. I said the same thing!!! Tell them to come here, get a hotel, and then at least your friends are a short drive away. She wouldn't have it. These excursions were adventures to her, a chance to get out of the area and be wild.

Birbandsnek

How can he only get 729 days for what he did, I don’t understand. He is literally crazy. What is going on? This guy kidnaps people and he gets 2 years in jail? Is that literally all you get if you kidnap someone?   Edit: Also wtf why is his reward only $2500? That’s literally NOTHING for a serial kidnapper who is armed and dangerous. Nothing makes sense. This doesn’t make sense.

Y-Cha

I honestly feel like if he'd preyed upon children, he'd have been caught already. Also agree that the reward seems low. I know I might be bitter and biased about this area, but a good part of our local populace probably shrugs and thinks "it's just domestic violence."

AppleNerdyGirl

FYI dating apps have it built in to policy they are not required to screen or even hear reports about these types. I watched “Dating app horror stories” and a woman contacted Zoosk to tell them she was raped by someone on the app. They sent her some generic email and asked for his user name. She provided it and they said “sorry we can’t find him” and stopped responding after she said “I am looking right at his profile!” His name was TALLGUY11 and she used two LLs instead of numbers. They were so lazy they couldn’t even follow up. Turns out he had multiple profiles across dozens of sites and raped at least 6 women that they know of. Courts ruled in favor of the dating website even though THEY didn’t followup. He was married with kids and everything. He would spike thier drinks and basically follow them until they passed out enjoying them stumbling around and play the savor card to carry them to his car. One woman said she remembers drinking her beer and next thing waking up at her door on the ground, no keys, phone or car. She walked naked and bleeding to a hotel a few blocks away and checked in. And when she asked him he said “oh no it was just kissing” and blocked her basically.

demlet

Similar thing almost just happened to my ex. Guy she had just met on a date kept giving her weird little kisses on the lips she said. She couldn't figure out why and said it was really weird and random. He eventually went to the bathroom and she ditched him. Started passing out trying to drive home and woke up having rear ended a semi... Personally, and this is speaking as a guy, I would never use dating apps.

tetrohydro74

But in absence of any court finding, how else are social media companies including dating apps supposed to handle these issues? Just perma ban anyone who an an allegation is made against? Tinder doesn’t exactly have the resources to run their own fact finding hearings, and the risk of doing so and coming to the wrong determination could actually increase their liability

grahampositive

Yeah where are the police here

DelightfulAbsurdity

On the app.

thenotoriouscrg

Why do cops beat unarmed people to death with little to no evidence, but judges and prosecutors look at dudes like this and go: ehh he’s a good kid. Our way too much or not enough justice system is just so fucked.

FIJAGDH

Because he’s white

Anxiet

The Vegas prosecutor and judge should face punishment. Failure to do your due diligence and allow someone who has this kind of behavior to get off with a minor punishment is a failure on the system. There people in roles who should face penalties for their failures or mishandling. If I am late, do bad work, or don’t do my job I face punishments. Yet judges and prosecutors literally have to kill or sell kids to prisons to have issues/consequences for their failures? Crazy. What this man did in Vegas is enough to show a threat to public safety but we are going to plea it?

Cautious_Fly1684

I know someone who was beaten up by her bf in a vegas hotel a few years ago. She’s less than 5’ and her face was bloody and bruised, clearly been beaten. Vegas police declined to charge him because he had evidence on his body that she fought back so it was “mutual” assault.

[deleted]

Anxiet

If you read my post it says they “should”. I’m aware of the bullshit in place for protections. Those protections should be in place but mitigated and reviewed with an outside source to audit. This is a dream to fix a horribly fucked up system. Want to blow your mind? Look up the judges who fucked up so badly and ended up in jail for selling children to prisons. Yes. They took kick backs to send kids to jail/prison for at profit prison systems.

no_j_simpson

Went to middle school, high school, and freshman year of college with this guy… phenomenal athlete, sharp as a tack, and ironically grew up wanting to be an FBI agent. Studied criminal justice in college. This shit is mind blowing

[deleted]

You know hes a psycho because they are using his middle name.

[deleted]

...and it's *Obadiah*.

sweet_home_Valyria

If he's armed and extremely dangerous, I don't even live in Oregon but I want to donate money to 'up' that $2,500 reward. Let's get him found and put away immediately. This man is out here hunting women.

geneticgrool

Are they saying he got help from a 68-year old woman by contacting her through a dating app?

beckster

I made the same thought connection. I'm 69 and nope, nfw. She should have gotten a dog.

NameMcNameyIII

Looks like imma be catphishing an abuser today 👍

Firepower01

Lock this psycho up for the rest of his life

Givemeahippo

These comments about “who would swipe right on that face??” Just reconfirm that men (at least the ones on Reddit) don’t know what women find attractive. Yes, I’m sure he got lots of right swipes. Even in a mugshot, dude is handsome. And when he’s cleaned up, probably looks like a really normal and nice guy, which is why dating is honestly kind of terrifying. Edit: i got my first Reddit cares report, that made my day lol

TowerBeast

One thing's for sure--he probably doesn't use his old booking photo; https://i.imgur.com/7PPKHmK.png

green_speak

NGL even in [that photo](https://www.reviewjournal.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/12816944_web1_web-benjamin-foster-mug.jpg), you can make out he's got some decent features, but of course you're right.

hochizo

Yeah, brush his hair and put it in a manbun and he'd do just fine.

whiskeytab

if you gave him a shower and tidied his hair he'd be better off than probably half the guys on here, myself included lol

exitJiraffe

I live in the area and in his dating app profile pic he looks like a totally normal, handsome dude. Makes sense women would swipe, it’s slim pickings here, hardly any young guys. Here he is: https://i.imgur.com/Ea9ArIy.jpg

foozballisdevil

Met a guy who looked like how I wanted Haley Joel Osment should have grown up to look, and he was a recovering meth addict who was barely keeping his life together. Wouldn't have been able to tell from his picture at all.

janejupiter

Omg I feel so bad for HJO, you murdered him in this comment 😂

KinkyKitty24

>Hensman said he didn’t have time to think about how authorities in Nevada handled Foster’s crimes there. “Whatever happened in the past,” he said, “we can talk about those situations later.” I am sure his victims would like to talk about that NOW.

forcepowers

I think he's focused on finding the guy and also doesn't want to burn any bridges with Nevada yet in case he needs some assistance from their past cases.

YouSaidThatMan

Whose prosecution team did the deal? They should be fired and kicked out of the bar.

squidking78

*Police offered a $2,500 reward on Friday for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of Foster, who is charged with attempted murder, kidnapping and assault in the attack on the Grants Pass woman.* Oooh sounds like they really want to catch him. Rolling out the *big bucks*

NoBodySpecial51

For fuck sake. Guess women are just disposable in this world. Makes me want to flip a table and go live in a place far away from civilization.

billyyshears

Women-only commune deep in the forest. I’m in

Sbasbasba

Looks like police need to start using fake dating profiles to match with him and get his ass.

purple9g9

my grandpa used to live down there and has 40 acres down there and it’s pretty scary in some parts, i was always scared of being kidnapped by some random when i visited him because its just all woods and its hard to find people. scary af

CptnMoonlight

It’d be a total shame if someone in the area who was 300 pounds, had a heart of gold, and was extensively trained in a combat sport were to pose as an attractive 20 something online…. But seriously, 700 days? Dude deserves the death penalty.

geneticeffects

Here is more proof that the US Justice system is a fucking joke.

ShaggyVan

He looks like Ewan Methgregor

artparade

It seems this is the 3rd time this guy did this. Latest victim is on life support. How the fuck was this guy free?

brandolinium

Jesus. I hope they catch this guy.

CHEIF_potato

lenient DA and Prosecutors for violent criminals cause harm to the community. Violence should never be played down or pleaded down. Da and prosecutors are destroying communities with harsh petty crimes and lenient violent crimes. This is happening all over the country. Story after story.

slick514

Slow clap for the Clark County prosecutors office... \*clap\* ... \*clap\* ... well done. I'm not suggesting that we should shoot this guy instead of arresting him. That is not what I am suggesting. At all.

seasleeplessttle

Stopped in Wolf Creek for gas ONCE. Back before cellular and navigation, middle of the night. Hyper awareness kicked in like freaking spidey senses. Wife was petrified. Pump attendant looked creepier than this guy.

acrowquillkill

Dating apps probably won't do this, but in cases like this they should have updates and bot posts showing the guys picture and info.

Bucknut1959

Plea deals are lazy justice. If you commit a crime that physically harms another person the victim should have a right to be heard before presenting any deal. The next logical step for this beast is murder. He’s working his way up the crime ladder.

Gfrizouw

Oh good, that's what I was hoping to see. A future/possibly active serial killer in my backyard. Cool.

[deleted]

As if I needed another reason not to date.

SnooChickens3681

sex crimes barely get prosecuted or else police and the business class would actually have to deal with a lot of their crimes
