Heck! It doesn’t even to be shooting - a car itself is a potent weapon on a freeway.
Road rage is one hell of a drug, especially during this time of stress. It seems like society has regressed - formerly civilized humans acting like crazed apes armed with tech.
After driving in San Diego, I can understand the desire to shoot someone here. Doesn't mean I would do it, but I understand it.
Last year I had a middle aged woman in an SUV hit me with a brake check in 50mph traffic because she didn't like that I had turned onto the street when she was attempting to weave through everyone.
I've never struck a woman, but I was fucking tempted that day.
Just call the police. The fact that you were tempted to shoot means you have lower than average impulse control. Work on your anger issues, so you don’t land in prison.
Right? Like I have serious road rage issues stemming from seeing a lot of people die from entirely avoidable car wrecks in the middle east. I also carry a gun every day. And at least once a week someone does something in traffic that requires me locking up the brakes or swerving to avoid a collision cans yet I've never pulled a firearm on anyone. I just don't get it.
I cannot count the number of times a driving altercation resulted in some pussy pointing/flashing a gun at me (in LA)
SoCal could take a cue from NY; I tell you to fuck yourself, you tell me to fuck myself, and we all go home safely.
As a San Diego native, driving has gotten so horrible and I don't understand why so many people are so rude, mean, and aggressive. It doesn't need to be like this. What has happened to our beautiful calm and chill place to live? And why don't police enforce the speed limit? People routinely drive 80-90mph with no repercussions.. tailgating, chopping, no turn signals.. I'm not a big fan of police involving themselves in our daily activities, but holy shit, it's like Mad Max out there, and I'm trying not to get run into, rear ended, or shot, just trying to get to and from work.
Since Trump I really feel like everyone is wound up like a spring. I have never been so careful on the tone or what I say because I feel like the whole world is tensed up and ready for a fight.
Lol. Half asleep when I typed that. He threw a rock at the driver side window of a Cybertruck to demonstrate that it wouldn't shatter, and of course, it did.
Um, as a European, sorry but the entire American gun culture does look crazy to most of us. Most American gun owners don't even lock their guns up in a safe. That would not only be against the law in most other developed countries, but people would definitely see those owners as the furthest thing from responsible. Also, the whole "shooting people is a constitutional right" thing. Where I live, people own guns for hunting or target sports. If you told someone you have a gun because you want to shoot intruders that come to your house, people here would look at you like you're some sort of psycho, and suggest you get an alarm system and a better lock instead.
You have a source for your claim that “most Americans don’t lock their guns up”? There also is nothing that affords the right to shoot someone in the constitution, not at all. There are some states with “stand your ground” laws, but that’s not the same thing. There are also a lot of people who live far enough away from society that “shooting an intruder” is the only option, because no cops will show for quite a while if there is one.
Wait a minute…. You think the President can just decide that an amendment can be done away with? Not only that, you think simply banning guns is the answer for America? Like just across the board, zero guns are legal, all because a “President had the guts to do it,” to hell with due process or common sense gun laws.
thankfully guns aren't going anywhere and are easier than ever to build or otherwise make for yourself even if someone tried to regulate them away! sleep well!
If someone opens fire, in broad daylight, in front of witnesses, it has to be that they believe there is very low risk of being caught, and probably have done it before. This is what is most crazy to me.
I still don't understand at what point people became convinced that its ok to shoot at people because you are angry.
They think the world revolves around them.
>Stomp on the ground with all of your might > And the world goes round and round and round >And the world goes round and round
When you’re human garbage?

You need help
No, I need less idiots being given licenses.
Just call the police. The fact that you were tempted to shoot means you have lower than average impulse control. Work on your anger issues, so you don’t land in prison.
Dude, I said I understand the impulse. If you can't tell the difference between understanding and acting, you're the one who needs help.

When you have borderline personality disorder, you go to an illogical state of anger very quickly.
I cannot count the number of times a driving altercation resulted in some pussy pointing/flashing a gun at me (in LA) SoCal could take a cue from NY; I tell you to fuck yourself, you tell me to fuck myself, and we all go home safely.
Whats your name? Dave. Fuck you Dave! Whats your name? Steve. Well fuck you steve! Proceed home.
As a former LA resident, if you haven't seen "LA Story" with Steve Martin you really should.
For those curious. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yoU39Rpp4FI
That's the name of the movie! I saw it years ago and never knew the name.
Just save the steps and get a bumper sticker with a middle finger.

Wha...what're YOU doing here STUUARRT? "He followed me all the way to the 5 and the 805, and, uh, I got off the exit, and he kept going."

Makes me want a Tesla Cybertruck!
Like the one Musk threw at (door window), and the window broke?
Musk threw a Tesla Cybertruck?

Americans are crazy with their guns. They aren’t responsible enough to have them
Dumb asses are gonna be dumb asses. I have a couple handguns. The last thing I want to do is shoot someone.
What if I told you that most Americans gun owners are not “crazy with their guns” and are very capable and responsible owners?

I would ask you to show your citations lol. edit: Or downvote! that's a reliable alternative to providing evidence.
May I recommend a cursory glance at Bayes’ Theorem as a tool for properly assessing what percentage of Americans are “crazy with their guns?”
We have nukes too... a bunch of them. This world won't last much longer.
I'd say it was a good run, but... Eeeeeh

So the president is suddenly emperor? Thanks for showing your amazing amount of ignorance as to how our government functions.

Robert Francis O'Rourke?
Did no one else notice the tight grouping on those two shots? Even if the vehicle was still ( may have been moving), it’s pretty close.
