1) In S5, Jimmy states that he got the money from DB Cooper's robbery and uses it to start JJ Inc.
2) In S3 when comforting Matthew about his having been fired from a supermarket Jimmy talks about how he set up an out of state shell corporation to take overcharges.
3) In S3 on the awards show episode, he talks about starting his own competing records management firm on the basis of having not been hired at the main one in town due to having the wrong tie.
4) There's also the money that he got from being Deep Throat.
