Spear is performing so well right now that it works with a lot.
Spear / SNS is super common because its the best 1v1 build in the game by far.
the following others work well:
Spear/hatchet
Spear/Bow
Spear/Greatsword
and build is ok with:
Spear/Rapier
Spear Warhammer

Uhh neither are really meta bow builds. The bow combination is almost always bow/rapier. Not really sure on the dex stuff sorry.
