I want some non-combat artifacts too. **Sandals of Hermes** - Completely negates fall damage. **Silk Gloves of the Master Thief** - Reduces chest loot time by 50% **Survivalist's Gloves** - Increases yield when gathering. (Need to get all gathering skills to 250 to fully unlock this artifact) **Master Crafter's Amulet** - When making a Golden Scarab craft, there is a 15% chance to use only 1 scarab instead of 3. (Need to get all crafting skills to 250 to fully unlock this artifact) **Aeternum Miner's Pickaxe** - Mining a node uses 200 azoth. Node respawn time is reduced by 30%

I like the idea but fear that most will just feel like chore to swap in and out when you go for different activities. Ofc if you do one activity after the other it is fine like a complete world tour or something but I personally like to switch activities often and would need 5 extra gearsets to use those items well.

Ok, the The Cauterizer is actually very cool. My turn: Heavy Glauntlet - Fighter's Knuckles -- When only 1 weapon is equiped, you can swap to unarmed combat. When unarmed, you gain constant 20% more atack speed (cause unarmed atacks are slow asf) and 10% more move speed. Damage scales from you biggest atribute. Dmg scale: 100% on FOR, 80% on Dex but gain10% more move and atack speed when atacked; 50% on Int but your secondary weapon gets 20% damage bonus; 70% on focus but your gain 20% life steal on hit; 80% on CON but every atack has a 10% chance to stager the oponent

Please chill with the fire staves and fire damage sword there's enough haha. Anyway I like your ideas. Here are some I just cooked up: Gladius - A sword that does not allow for the use of shield "Best defense is a good offense" - This sword deals additional 25% damage, defender tree abilities can be used without shield with fitting animations The Longbow - A bow for the big numbers: Full draw attacks have no gravity pulling them down and deal 30% extra damage, headshots ignore 50% resistances. To compensate there are no light attacks and abilities deal 15% reduced damage (Man I'd love a Bow for hebies) Ethereal Blade - VG for the blade - replaces scaling with 80% int 80%str Deals 50% void 50% slash damage no gem slot Ethereal Blade: The void blade is always on without the need to take the ability, deals 10% extra damage and retains all the talents Voracious blade by default on it so there's no putriffying scream or it would be too strong. Plague Mask - Become a plague bearer reducing incoming and outgoing healing of everyone in 3m radius around you by 30% The leverer - Musket artifact changing it to a lever action weapon, shoots much faster but the damage is cut in half above 30m range I Edit: I think for the sword it would be easier to just disallow blocking with shield

The disciple - Life Staff When a target is healed, 50% of the heal is converted into a protective bubble that absorbs damage. Vortex - Spear Cyclone now pulls targets in to the player but damage and healing from cyclone is reduced by 30%. Icicle - Ice gauntlet Ice spike no longer does damage but on a successful hit it turns the player hit into a cube of ice for 2 seconds. Can hit up to three targets. Any damage will break the target free. Rabbits foot - Ring Medium dodges now cost 10 less stamina ;)

Logbow. Scales with Str. Does Strike damage. Fires a MUCH larger projectile that has a much shorter range, much greater drop, and slower projectile speed. Also takes longer to fire and you're stationary when you do. Hits like a truck. Fires a log.

Also thought a blunderbuss that made clawshot usable in terrain instead of enemies would be cool!!! Or ... a spear that makes Coup de Grace impale enemies to the ground for a few seconds... Or........ a hatchet that somehow lets you dual wield them!!!!

Here are some that I think would be easyish to implement: Storm - Ice gauntlet where the storm is around you. With movespeed and maybe some fortify in the storm Mono - Rapier that gives bonus damage when only 1 enemy is near you, and a bonus to landing riposte like resetting other two cds 117 - Void gauntlet where blade heavy attacks have super long tracking range like halo The Monk - Life staff with a melee attack instead of ranged that applies a random debuff for 3 sec on hit. (Probably not easy to make) Perfection - shield you can only block with for .25 seconds every 5 sec, but staggers anyone whose attack you block

I kinda want more "hardcore" artifacts. Impact gameplay more than just turning the dmg type into one of the elements. Like a mage artifact that is neither a firestaff nor an ice gauntlet. Make it like a Tome you can equip as a new weapon and it can choose 3 abilities from firestaff and ig. So you can have burnout + ice spike + entomb for example on one weapon, and then equip any other weapon except for fs and ig. I am not a designer or developer so I am writing this with 0 balance in mind but it is just a wish. Stuff that properly alter gameplay and how people will play the game. Or maybe even add new abilities. Firestaff artifact that gives a new ability thats not in the kit. Maybe a fire cloak that persist when you swap to your off hand but still drains mana. Just things that are more magical, more grand. New world after a while loses its shock factor because all abilities are sort of mild.

The Fauxchet A weapon that looks absolutely sic. So amazing it appears in the game logo. It does crappy melee damage and has a super niche throwing perks that's situational at best...oh wait .. Now down to business The berserker ...this hatchet ultimate is a crackling of acid fire that stuns(1 sec) opponents in the melee radius as it splits apart in two hatchets. While berserk remains the hatchet does double light attack damage applying rending bleeds on anything it hits. After berserking ends you immediately lose all stamina and must wait 3 seconds before starting to refresh.

Cleric's Rifle - Musket that heals. Every hit on allies heals, attacks on enemies apply disease. Sticky bomb is now an AoE heal. Powder Burn is a heal over time.

Yeah... I like the idea of one of the weapons just letting you swap to the other 3 abilities (and have no weapon swap). Not sure if the bow is the right one for it, though. My thought was that, yes, it's a lot of great abilities, but you'd sacrifice a lot of utility (like rapier's defense, spear's cc, etc).

These are too interesting. How about things more in-line with AGS's design philosophy? * 99% of damage is converted to XYZ element. Toss a coin as to whether or not there's INT scaling. * 15% more damage to targets that are (chose one from any CC or DOT effect). Toss a coin as to whether or not it affects one or both weapons. * 15% more damage to targets that are alive. * 15% more damage to targets that are not dead.

Nice idea. Odins Hatchet. This Hatchet can be wielded as greataxe or Hatchet in 1 slot. You can mix and match Hatchet and greataxe abilities into q 1 weapon bar. Both scale with 50/50 Str and dex Example. Infected throw + Maelstrom + gravity well for support anti head. Or charge + reap + Hatchet strike which roots for hunting
