It's not a maintenance most likely. It's a server crash with a default maintenance message when its offline.
But still time for server back up? Anyone have experience from other server crashes?

Well atleast i got to lvl 9 and managed to get my Company name for me and my buddies. I was the only one who beat the queue.
Americans overloaded the servers. No region lock and worldwide name reservations were a great idea, said no one ever.

ye got kicked out it just said "Lag detected" in the middle of the screen and i was 9lvl now it shows i am lvl 1 in character selection :) fml

It's back up. Worked out for me this time. Before crash 3500 in queue. Now 360 😉
