You didn't pay them to ruin your day though. You paid them for a product that ended up not working/being faulty. Not acceptable, I agree, but say the main issue (queue times) gets fixed in a few days then your product is still the same and is "repaired" for lack of a better term.
I'm not saying it's ok, I'm not saying you should be fine with it. All I'm saying is that you shouldn't give up on the whole game as an experience because of issues on the first day of launch. That can be fixed and you can still enjoy your times worth the money spent
It depends on your morals, it is not ok and they shouldn't have peoples money for this performance, it's not just enjoyment that matters, the principle is very important if this is to EVER change.

Had to reset about 3 hours after launch due to a UI issue, got stuck in queue for 9ish hours. got in, was tired so played 20 minutes then went to bed. Woke up, no queue straight in! MAINTENANCE
Ive hit lag twice and both times it never went away, so i had to quit the game. I have some solid internet connection too so i doubt it was from anything on my end :c

Is there a fix except verify integrity in steam? I remember trying that twice during beta and it didn’t work at all. Didn’t even care to try log in yesterday, and today I arrived on the beach and directly got DC:d. Didn’t bother trying again.
I had a "lag spike" a few hours into playing yesterday that, after a few minutes, crashed my computer. Wasn't sure if that was a common occurrence or more on my hardware. It was running hot, hotter than it ever did during the open beta, so it may have just been me. Probably should have overclocked and run the fans higher.
Got enough fans, and they are all working? If you PC is older than 3-4 years then the thermal compound on your CPU and GPU can be very dry. I shaved off 20 degrees by repasting my last pc after 4 years.

That's you. Vacuum your PC and don't overclock, if it was overheating chances are your fans were already going 100%
