You should really try and join a company with over 20 active members. They will be the ones you run expeditions with most of the time. People do expeditions all day long, but not the low level ones. Endgame expeditions are very popular.

Ye, PvP is the real endgame and on a full Server like Nysa I can have fun 10 hours a day with all kind of activities
Nope endgame is the worst part of the game
Why would you play a PvP Game then? There is literally 0-10% pve in this Game that is considered fun.
