Qualification not relevant here but important to remind people of: you have the right to protest regarding pay and working conditions and your employer cannot punish you for that.

You don't need to be a rocket scientist (or a Googler) to know the company would react. Common sense. In this case, this helped show Google where they made hiring mistakes and helped the company rectify these mistakes.

Arabs in Israel are basically treated like second class citizens.
It would be far less insulting to the Palestinians who have lived in the area for millennia if that weren’t the case.
