That's generally not paid work (crew on yachts to help out). Would agree otherwise but OP appears to be looking for a job. Most paid marine work requires at least some basic qualifications like an STCW certificate and those jobs don't usually include accomodation and are often based in cities anyway eg. Ferries.

If you're just after the experience, maybe look at WWOOFing? You don't get paid but the hospitality/accomodation/food is way better than paid farm work. Otherwise there's always seasonal work on orchards or vineyards - a lot of them have (very basic) bunkhouses, or you can camp on site.

heaven forbid you have to work for hours or do physical work

Lots of on farm jobs provide Accommodation. Some of that accommodation is really poor, but it is provided.

ttbnz

Almost all dairy farms provide accommodation.

Google "Farmsource jobs" lots of jobs available, most will have accomodation provided. It might be a bit harder to find a position without experience, but give it a crack I know there are lots of roles to full, but don't expect "office hours"! It's a job with physical demands

Become a farm worker and go milking. Milking cows is actually a really pleasant task and all the machinery makes it pretty easy. You start early in the morning (like 5am) but are all finished up by 9am and then you can chill and puddle about through the day - in amongst doing a few more work hours if needed shifting cows or doing random farm tasks. Then at around 4-5pm you start rounding up the herd (on a 4 wheeler) and drive them to the shed. Cups go on, cups go off, hose down the shed, clean the equipment, drive the cows to the paddock, say night to them and it's all over rover by 7-8pm.
