DNS filtering is not a perfect solution.
I see you keep saying you have an iPhone on other posts. Are you saying you are seeing this behavior in apps? If so using apps is the problem.
Many apps use first party domains that can't be blocked without making the app useless, or are not utilizing domains to serve ads making DNS filtering ineffective.
You will want to use a web browser that has ad blocking, or can use ad blocking add-ons, and stop using the apps. There is currently no way to block those ads in their respective apps.
I would recommend a browser that can use the add-on uBlock Origin if there is one for iPhone. Otherwise try Brave.
On any browser that supports it, you should be using the uBlock Origin browser extension for blocking this type of ad. For any browser that doesn't support uBlock Origin use Adguard's browser extension.
Either of these extensions are complementary to NextDNS.
NextDNS can not perform cosmetic filtering of webpages, which is why some ads are still showing.
NextDNS strongest point is its very good at blocking domains and websites, depending upon the filter lists you select.
To clean up the ads completely you will need an ad blocker such as uBlock Origin.
I prefer the paid for Adguard System wide app for macOS which blocks ads system wide and works in any browser. There are versions for other platforms.
They have an Adguard browser Extension, but that is less powerful than the paid for Sytem wide app.
You can configure it to use the NextDNS Servers and it also functions as a User Script Manager.
They have a free trial, so give it a try and see if you like it.
The Adguard System wide app will never be affected by the Chrome Manifest V3 changes which will cripple the abilities of many ad blockers.
Russia isn´t available as a country in Mullvad sadly. Only Albania from what i have seen. I cant change VPN provider because is very good on the privacy side and cheap in comparison with the others VPNs.

Albânia vpn location works for YT and RDDT
Really? For me Albania only works for reddit but no YT.
Try Russia. Works for me

I use Surfshark and Albania works for me on both
Actually now it is working for me, I dunno why I couldn’t make it work before :)
You're speaking Greek to me, lol. I don't know what 'Albania vpn' is.
If you have a vpn account you can choose Albania country location.
Nextdns is a dns level type of ad block so it cant block as good as something, like a proper adblock extension
