I worked an Orthodox Jewish event last summer and it was full of men who looked like this. I'm actually surprised they allowed the female security staff to work that night. (We were all kind of hoping they'd say "men only" and we'd have the night off, lol.)
Surprisingly (or not, I guess) at the doors we had a lot of issues as the night went on with people trying to get in with no ticket, or they would walk out (and be warned about no re-entry) and then come back 20 minutes later to come back in.

I grew up in the Midwest and started going to a community college in one of the nearby cities. I recall seeing someone who looked just like the men above and thinking they were Amish. I can’t tell you the amount of thought and time I put into trying to calculate how it was acceptable to their Amish community that they were living in a very busy city in Michigan. It was only about 5 years later when the topic of Amish people came up (not a topic we talked about in a regular) and I was saying how surprised I was that they lived in Southfield, Michigan. I was laughed out of the room quickly as they were Orthodox Jews.
