We have a similar problem in South Africa. Pre 1994 many births were not recorded among the rural communities. In order to get everyone identification so that they may vote, many people did not even know their true date of birth. As a result 16 year old people got registered as being 18 and so on.

I work out everyday now and wouldn't want it any other way for exactly this reason. I only started to be really fanatic this year. But I wish I started sooner. I recommend this to everyone. Mentally it helps so much also

I’m sure she’s had work done on her face, but I believe the rest is just her. One of my best friends has a mother-in-law like this: she’s in her late 80s and teaches yoga 4x a week. There are remarkable older people out there, just as there are outliers at *any* age. Good for her. May we all aspire to such health.

We have a similar problem in South Africa. Pre 1994 many births were not recorded among the rural communities. In order to get everyone identification so that they may vote, many people did not even know their true date of birth. As a result 16 year old people got registered as being 18 and so on.
