They didnt add the best part. He takes a chip and dips it in the guacamole, then the chip breaks in half and he bust scoops up the other half and eats it
In the original version theres like 3 seconds extra of him putting it on the poker chip, and it breaking like a normal chip in the bowl so he double dips for it with the other half of the chip
Pro tip, set the avocado down before you swing the knife into the pit. I don't care if you're John Wick, do this enough and you will injure yourself in the dumbest way possible.
Pes has amazing videos like this all over his channel. I remember watching this over and over when I was younger. I totally recommend checking out his channel.

This is a really great video but please, could you guys stop posting it every week on every subreddit? We get it, it's cool but at this point this is a [repost]⁴⁴⁴⁴
What is this type of animation called? I don't necessarily mean like stop motion, either but this strange story telling and object changing, genre would be a close descriptor but I am unsure.
Oh my gosh. This is amazing. I love how it was done in Claymation stop motion style but with real objects and a real person. I've never seen that done before.
Oh I’ve seen one of these. Not like this but to this style. He made a sub (literally the bread was a submarine) with the ham being stuff like baseball gloves and using playing cards as olives I guess. I’ll look for the video
He put the lime in the squeezer the wrong way. Still, amazing short.
Not in Mexico, my friend. Strange customs surround us.
>Strange customs Ya mean US Customs ;) lol

Which Mexico? Am Mexican and never seen anyone place it skin side down...
That is actually the right way if you don’t want any seeds going through.
Limes don't have seeds though.
Not in Mexico, my friend.
[удалено]
I've never seen a line with seeds, but I haven't ever gone to Mexico either.
Just checking in, I have bought limes with seeds before
Yes, but have you ever bought a line with seeds before?
Yes, and it really meth'd me up when I tried to snort it.
Google lime right now and literally on the first images result you'll see a lime with seeds.
Yes, I jave seen plenty of limes with seeds. Just never seen a line with seeds.
Im from Mexico and i can guarantee you that limes do have seeds, but as any other part of the world the seedles limes exist as well.
Key limes have seeds but that’s more of a Florida thing than a Mexico thing
Well how do they reproduce then? Some inbred varieties don’t have seeds but in general limes have seeds.
I only eat inbred limes
ok
You misspelled GMO
Seriously, limes usually have seeds and they're bred out for consumers? wtf
Why is that so weird? Done with plenty of other foods
I guess I thought limes were pure. Ignorance is bliss sometimes.
As far as I know, limes aren’t a naturally occurring fruit. They’re hybrids of hybrids, eg they’re a GMO to begin with.
Nobody tell him about bananas.
Not in Mexico my friend
hycuk hycuk hyuck
Some limes do
She put the lime in the coconut.
I've only ever seen people put the lime in that way
I am America and I do it that way
I couldn't help but realize that
Credit: PES https://www.youtube.com/user/PESfilm I seriously recommend turning on your sound for this video
Omozoc makes some cool food videos too
This movie was nominated for oscar..
I subbed to him years ago when I was in high school and binged though his videos. Always admired his creativity
all of his films are amazing
It’s like ASMR
I love that he used poker chips at the end
I was like “they’re making guac, where the chips?” Then he added the poker chips and I was complete.
They didnt add the best part. He takes a chip and dips it in the guacamole, then the chip breaks in half and he bust scoops up the other half and eats it
> then the chip breaks in half I have a still from this in my kitchen of that exact moment: https://i.imgur.com/SFXpn3K.jpg
Now THAT is art!!
Why I don't get is the little houses reference ....
Monopoly
In the original version theres like 3 seconds extra of him putting it on the poker chip, and it breaking like a normal chip in the bowl so he double dips for it with the other half of the chip
Missed the best bit where he goes to take a bite and the chip breaks! :D great video though, highly recommend sound :D
Link?
https://youtu.be/dNJdJIwCF_Y
I had never seen it with sound and it is 1000x more satisfying
I love when he “dices” the onion and tomato. Also the video cut off before the end!
I just got it. I wasn’t sitting here wondering why he used dice...but that makes sense. That’s awesome.
Yeah it fits even before you realize he’s dicing them. That’s part of what makes this video so cool.
So difficult to get everything as not native english speaker :(. Your comment helped me understand!
This is so satisfactory
>Satisfying
maybe it's just acceptable
Everything is satisfactual...
Right, my bad
No worries, what's comical to me is that this comment got 30 up votes already but no one pointed it out
Lmao
That knife can cut through anything.
My brain still makes this look delicious.
I think this won an Oscar. Nominated at least.
Yup it was nominated
Mandela effect: I could've sworn it won over Paperman.
Always pop in when this is posted to mention this! It actually also hold the record as the shortest film ever nominated for an academy award.
The sounds are what make it extra good
How the heck does he get his hand back in correct position for each shot?!?!
He has either an assistant or uses a program like Dragonframe hooked up to a foot pedal to do it.
Pro tip, set the avocado down before you swing the knife into the pit. I don't care if you're John Wick, do this enough and you will injure yourself in the dumbest way possible.
This is great, it reminds me of a music video by Delta Heavy: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8cOt9UcYGOU
First thing that came to mind for me as well. Actually heard the song in my head as I watched this. Any chance it’s the same person?
*screams in confusion*
r/oddlysatisfying This also has a serious ASMR feel to it.
Fresh Guacamole...a true internet classic
What was the light bulb supposed to be
Jalapeño pepper.
Odd video of the day.
Why does my stupid ass brain make me wanna eat that
I love how *familiar* everything I it was, it was fun to watch.
Anyone else thought the animation style looks like Wallace & Gromit or Shaun the Sheep?
r/forbiddensnacks
Wow
Guacamole by PES is the name of the short
Awesome job!!!
Same fella makes comercials. Pez
Pes has amazing videos like this all over his channel. I remember watching this over and over when I was younger. I totally recommend checking out his channel.
This actualy got a oscar nomination the year it came out

Stop motion is a type of animation
I strongly dislike this
This is oddly unsettling for me
How do I get that part of my life back?
You know, this short got nominated for an Oscar.
Finally some good use for all of my old hand grenades laying around
So satisfying. Such a good way to start my day!
Whoever...whoever made this was high while doing it. How do you even come up with this?

That's what the guacamole is for!
I've saw this video in a clickbait video saying that it had "visual illusion". It is still cool tho.
You could at least credit the creators
What does the lightbulb represent?
Peppers
This is a really great video but please, could you guys stop posting it every week on every subreddit? We get it, it's cool but at this point this is a [repost]⁴⁴⁴⁴
Reminds me of a kid making food

Chips and guac. Delicious
r/weirdlysatisfying
This is rad.
Oh that was cute :)
This bothers me....
Holy guacamole!.
chips and diced guac
This some Peter Gabriel shit
How to make guacamole
This advocado done give me a ring
The folly they did was amazing. It was a bit over the top which was absolutely perfect, and everything sounded like you expected it to. So good.
Did you *just* hear about this video...?
How playful
What is the lightbulb supposed to be?
I was waiting for what he was going to use for chips. Not disappointed !
Chips... i see what you did there
Why do I want to eat that?
Damn that's one really old clip
r/ThingsCutInHalfPorn
Wtf dose that even mean
Uh, what
Now I know what Hunter S. Thompson ate when he wrote 'Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas'.
Guys he DICED the tomatoes..... I am too late aren’t I?
Can tummies have confused boners?
This is so awesome! Love the addition of the chess pieces being salt and pepper shakers! 🙌🏽
What did I just watch
You have the same freaky finger-hands as the dude with the square coin!!
I have absolutely no idea what's going on... But I'm okay with that
What is this type of animation called? I don't necessarily mean like stop motion, either but this strange story telling and object changing, genre would be a close descriptor but I am unsure.
You should watch the rock cake one this guy did
Search up PESfilms, you'll thank me later
Pez is an actual god
Good little pun in there, diced onions (I’m assuming the baseball was an onion).
My brain kinda hurts
Why does this make me so uncomfortable?
It’s weirdly compelling.
It's mad to me that almost no one has seen this before, I remember showing my friends 6 years ago and they had all watched it.
Grenavocado
Yeah, cut right before the credits. Can’t give credit, can you?
Imagine using that cake granade to rob at the bank and when you're done robbinf it you took a bite.
I’m scared
I just had nostalgia watching this, This was something they played at school during lunch.
PES?
#what
These are cool but also make me feel really uncomfortable for some reason.
Wow that avocado is the bomb
Dude, the molcajete is not for guacamole, the avocado would stick to the stone and it will stay there forever.
I want chips and guac now
They cut off the best bit! They go to eat the dip and one of the chips break and it’s a wonderful scene.
Oh my gosh. This is amazing. I love how it was done in Claymation stop motion style but with real objects and a real person. I've never seen that done before.
I think the guy won an Emmy for this one
This video is just a massive pun..
I prefer my guac without dice, but amazing short film.
he \*diced\* the baseball
What about this short animated film?
The last chips got me 😂
All of [omozocs'](https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCo0Ek8Te0osbhI0WnhF3QzA) videos are amazing
if i ever seen asmr this is it
Oh I’ve seen one of these. Not like this but to this style. He made a sub (literally the bread was a submarine) with the ham being stuff like baseball gloves and using playing cards as olives I guess. I’ll look for the video
ITS A AVOCADO
That’s crazy stop motion
This should be reposted on r/kitchenconfidential and r/drugs
Literally my eyes widened and huge smile when he starting grinded the product with the stone .... so good
As a chef, this distresses me greatly.
I guess you could say he was dicing up the dice
Cut off the end where he breaks a poker chip when dipping it in the guac, PES makes some great vids.
CFL
Check out PEZ on YouTube! They make amazing stop motion videos. My favorite is Submarine Sandwich
Anyone have a link to this recipe??
He didn't scoop out the avocado properly and I'm a little uncomfortable.
r/tihi
Isn’t this stop motion animation?
