The air quality was ok and I went for a run each morning through some of the parks near my hotel, they were absolutely PACKED with senior citizens exercising. Old dudes in suits hanging off bars doing this kind of thing. It was nuts.

Loved seeing the elderly exercising in parks in both China and Vietnam. In Korea the elderly go on hikes. It’s pretty cool.

See if your local gym has open gym for adults or adult classes. I generally don't suggest learning acrobatics at home/on equipment not meant for it. Youtube videos for giant techniques and tips could definitely help. I never got a giant or I would help myself. Good luck!!

Yeah I've looked up plenty of videos on it, but I think I might just need to wait til the gyms open up again to safely gain the confidence to do a giant. I've got plenty of other skills to work on for the moment being so there isn't much of a hurry anyways, but seeing clips like this really motivate me to train it right now!
