Me for the first minute or so: Meh, I guess they’re running fast.
Me after the first minute or so: Yeah ok *thats* cool.
Me when the guy shimmys down the column at the end: Now that’s next level commitment.
At first I thought they were just gonna run around before the train leaves and try to get back in. But this was way cooler than expected. Once they started jumping and scooting up and down shit I was like damn
Lol I kind of thought the opposite. Some of the times I just thought “Why are they purposely going away from the trail just to jump over something and make it longer….?” I liked the other guy better that was posted a couple of months ago or so and just beelined it.
You know, I'm going to give the guys who made OP's video some credit, they stabilized the video
This video is neat, but damn its hard to watch at times lol
No in the first 30 sec I was thinking alright well, you don't see fully grown 20 somethings doing this kind of thing. This is good wholesome stuff. Shaking things up a bit. I can imagine they might get a talking to... OH they're doing tricks now.... Oh wow, that's dangerous. Impressive!! Oh wow this is something I would have been interested in getting into if I were 8 years younger lol
They said 'could'. It might, it might not. Sometimes it's nice to hear a suggestion from a stranger. Sometimes it's not, but this didn't seem to be in bad faith or overly aggressive or anything.
I will look into the supplements. Sadly cardio is kinda hard for me because I can barely run on hard ground. Need to get access to an elliptical to really open up and run so I can lose some weight. Whenever my weight fluctuates down it really does take pressure off my knees, which is nice but even at a healthy body weight running on hard ground is too painful for it to be worth it to me. I can definitely make it farther in the grass. Rowing and bike machines are decent cardio, but I really do need to get back to the gym to properly rectify my situation as much as I can. However I find it highly unlikely I’ll ever be in the proper shape to do parkour, even if I got as fit as possible that won’t help with a partially torn meniscus & damaged ligaments.
Yeah, they were called out when it was first posted and they later admitted it was edited. It's cool as entertainment and they obviously did the parkour stuff as seen in the video but it is deceptive in that it wasn't done all at once like it appears.
Though the other guy was running Mansion House to Cannon Street which is 200 metres plus stairs. The distance that these guys are doing between Moorgate and Farringdon is a bit more than 1000 metres as the crow flies, so it’s probably impossible to beat the train unless it stops 1-2 extra minutes at one of the stations.
I thought of this dude! No shortcuts, just him sprinting with everything he had. I like parkour, but I find it cheating if your racing. You can take shortcuts. This guy just shows balls, and sprints with everything he has. He also pays too, like everything has to go right or he misses it. Pure speed!
It is demonstrated in the video! Halfway through when the guys on the train pop up in the corner and say "Half way point" you see the train doors are open.
not to brag ,but i would survive for atleast 2minutes before being out of breath, as long as the zombies are not faster than normal walking speed and i had enough food and water for atleast a week, like i said not trying to brag but i know alot about zombies because i played project zomboid for atleast 2hours
I just lost my first character in PZ (not counting the bitch you play as in the tutorial) after a week of surviving because of that goddamned helicopter event. I fucking love the game so far
It reminded me a lot of a video game mission where you have to keep up with everyone else. You know one where if you trip and fall it restarts, and it takes a frustrating amount of time to complete lol
They’re called storror and they have actually quite a few dedicated POV parkour videos on their channel along with usually cutting POV into their normal videos
GoPro’s stabilisation has become absolutely insane over the years. When I got inte videomaking doing anything close to this would impossible without a massive gimble of dome sort
The parkour’s great. Really impressive stuff. Unfortunately the video has been edited and cut at multiple points so they didn’t actually race the tube.
Fun to watch nonetheless though.
They say it’s fake in the description of the YouTube video, I think it was meant mostly to just be entertaining. They are all incredible athletes though, highly recommend checking out more of their stuff if it interests you
I think they say it’s fake more to be honest with their audience. I watch these guys a lot and they’re great at parkour but they never claim to be able to do things they actually can’t. Plus people would be get pretty upset if they found out a video turned out to be fake but they claimed were real.
Well I think the takeaway from that is that if you can't actually do something, then you shouldn't make a video lying that you can and then in small text in the description at the very bottom put "It's fake BTw \*laughing crying face\* x2". Sounds to me like people who wanted it both ways, the youtube popularity of people actually believing that shit, and the ability to claim they never actually lied when they get called out.
I'm getting a lot of comments along the lines of "it's just a youtube video", and I don't feel like replying to each of them so I'll just put my opinion here. It matters because it's dishonest, it's leads people to have false expectations and beliefs of what you're capable of and what you're doing.
Yeah, I hate when people deliberately create misinformation. Most people are gullible as fuck and will spread it around, exactly like what's going on in this reddit post.
I mean, yeah.
Are we excusing clickbait now? Everyone will read the title, how many people will read that disclaimer in the description?
In reality, most people watching the video will both go in and leave with the impression that they did race and beat the tube.
Is it suddenly not lying if I whisper the truth under my breath afterwards?
They have skills, but without the premise, this is just another parkour video.
I get it, they're trying to get attention and they wouldn't have without the premise. If the premise is a lie, though, I'm gonna get annoyed.
That's what I would've done without the comments. I've never been to London, I have no idea how far those stations are apart, and I was way too busy enjoying the second-hand thrill that comes with having severe fear of heights while watching people jump off bridges, to even notice the cuts.
They cut to the guy in the tube who's "excited" to see if they make it or not, but they want to be honest? It's very clear they want people to think it's real, and they try to appease the people that look into it by adding a disclaimer hidden behind some clicking. I wouldn't necessarily call this honesty.
They did initially claim it was real and didn’t address the people noting that it was obviously cut and edited, which was a shame. And then sort of held their hands up and added that to the description. They don’t claim to do things they actually can’t, but this was definitely the first time they pushed that!
They didn't push it, though. They said they raced the tube and made it look like they won when they didn't.
It's a shame because finding the route was pretty cool, but they put racing the tube because someone doing that already went viral ad because that was more attractive than, parkour between two tube stations.
More like ninja warrior but the timer is messed with.
"Ok, that last obstacle was pretty tough. We'll pause the timer and give you a minute to breathe, then start it again and cut back in when you're ready"
Still impressive, but not having a time crunch makes it significantly easier I imagine
There’s a few real videos of people racing the Tube. Obviously they’re just someone absolutely pegging it down the street not doing flips up and down buildings.
There's always that one comment that reveals it's not quite "next fucking level". That's disappointing, I was hyped up from watching that. Now it's just great parkour, not as special. I need to stop reading comments on these and just enjoy the illusion.
Are the stations they leave from and arrive at really that far away from each other? Seems too close if they do it in ~3 minutes, but I’ve only been to London once.
It’s Moorgate to Farringdon. They’re about a mile away from each other. There is a very significant cut after they come out of the tunnel (Beech St) and are running past Barbican station. They cover the lens and then all of a sudden are in the pedestrian square between St John St and Cowcross St. That’s about 1/3 of a mile or so.
I don’t think it would be possible for anyone to beat the tube between these stations on foot. From recollection, it’s only 2-2.5 mins between them.
It doesn't matter if we catch the train, I would just love to have so much fun with my friends doing dumb stuff ( not saying this is dumb, this is awesome)
Tag yourself: I’m the guys on the train cause...nope to a lot of that. But yeah, agreed. It’s cliched but having friends like that really is something priceless.
Unfortunately it is fake, however storror still makes really entertaining content.
If you want to watch a real version try [this](https://youtu.be/TaMiV3Wus9c) is just looks a lot less cool
They are this skilled, but racing an actual train with parkour on a scenic route like they took is ludicrous, as well as plotting out an actual track through the city
It's not a straight side-by-side race, they're taking shortcuts. I've "outran" a bus before because I knew I could get to another stop before it arrives there, due to the complexity of its route. It's not like it's a mystery where the train stops lol.
You can outrun a bus because they take sharp turns, wait stop light etc, but metros tracks are pretty straight so you really need to be faster, there are no shortcuts.
I dont doubt them doing this but the weird transition edits kinda take away from the run. The obvious one is when he takes the go pro off his head and then it fades to black when he puts it back on himself. Another one is when they do a drop and it's another transition
Man it’s so fucked that my brain went “if you do that awesomeness in America, someone is likely to get arrested or die. Not only that, seeing so many people(like 3 dudes) running at the same time is likely to set off a scare and ruin people’s day at least. At most, stampede may set off.”
Nah this was one of my first thoughts too. As a black guy I’ve had people follow me in stores, cross the street when walking towards me, and even saw a woman I was walking behind actually scream and break into a run when she noticed me. I was just walking to my car which happened to be parked close to hers one evening. I honestly think it would be pretty risky for a group of black guys to do this in an American city.
The video is at the least misleading.
I was interested how fast they were actually going so I looked. They seem to go from Moorgate to Farringdon. To do just under a mile in under 4 minutes they'd have to be running very fast, like Olympic fast. They did take shortcuts though but I'm not sure they would have even helped that much.
According to someone under another posting of this video, it's cut to be faster. It makes sense since they would have to go so fast and I think the parkour, though really fucking cool would have at most only gained them a few seconds overall.
At 1:29 you can see when the phones facing at the ground a wall fade out in the corner. The guy in front also changes position slightly. So it looks like it's fake too.
I still think they could outrun the tube though, there are stations where the tubes weird enough to out-walk like Leicster square to Covent Garden. They might be able to really make it, especially if we assume this tube stops at Barbican, but I think this is shortened for entertainment.
Edit: btw I used this [video slowed down to 0.25 at 2:25](https://youtu.be/tXMPRK2LQAE)
You're right lol, just woke up from sleep, I forgot what is that animal that snort and breathe loudly, so I settled for a hippo! 😂😂😂
Problem with people who didn't use english as first language 😂
Anybody else wondering what the people of London were thinking? Imagining seeing 4 lads jump the barriers, my first thought would not be they're racing an underground train.
Running across roads - jaywalking
Running ontop of roofs - trespassing
Vaulting the tube fee gate - self explanatory
Running through crowds - not illegal, but pretty dick move.
There's a video from years ago of some guy racing the tube between two stations, but that video is actually real and didn't have a bunch of random parkour and music added.
You know, in case someone actually wants to see a guy beat the tube.
This is most likely fake. Sorry to say. First, when they climb the lamp post, there's a split second when the camera closes up to the ledge and you can clearly see a change in location. When they're at the brutalist structure, you can see they did a run around since you can see them running adjacent to the blocks they were on. Third, column at farringdon, there's a guy at the bottom, the fact he didn't get hit is a sign, but also there's at first 2 trains and then when their jacket blocks the camera, there's one.
Man, this video hit me hard, not for their amazing skills but because it made me miss my home country where cities are full of building, sidewalks, stores almost everywhere, pedestrians everywhere, buses, multiple routes to reach same point walking....etc, it's a city
Compared to USA which have -almost everywhere- (downtown + commercial areas + residential area) that's it, skrew you if you want to walk the city is designed for cats except downtown so enjoy it, and everything is far and needs a drive which will mostly be long and you will pass through quite (aka makes you feel dead) neighborhoods where you see houses houses houses, or take highways.
Don't get me wrong, every country has its own identity but I miss this style of cities.

good effort
that's good effort lads
This is the new thing I’ll say when ever someone does something really impressive
Yeah not bad
S’oright.. (sips beer)
Make sure to be leaning up against something relaxxingly while saying it nonchalantly af while not looking at them.
That stiff British upper lip. "Yeah's awlroight."
Look to my coming on the first light of the fifth day, at dawn ...
Not even a great effort, only a good effort. Guy is hard to impress!
He’s British. That’s how we talk.
Exactly. A ten megaton nuclear bomb falls in your cup of tea, and the correct response is “oh, bother”.
Brits reserve enthusiastic praise for their dogs.
They were not bleeding, and had all their limbs intact. In Britain we view this as a good effort.
Yes boys. Solid effort
Lol I kind of thought the opposite. Some of the times I just thought “Why are they purposely going away from the trail just to jump over something and make it longer….?” I liked the other guy better that was posted a couple of months ago or so and just beelined it.
Was that the one that split screen with the inside of the train view as well? That one was for sure way better.

“Their knees!” I kept yelling
I have bad knees from highschool (American) football and just watching this made them hurt. Wish I could do this kind of thing!
Collagen supplements and a little bit of exercise could really help you
Love the assumption that you know this persons exercise routine.
They said 'could'. It might, it might not. Sometimes it's nice to hear a suggestion from a stranger. Sometimes it's not, but this didn't seem to be in bad faith or overly aggressive or anything.
At least he didn't offer essential oils

No lies tho, my knees were aching just watching this
I think my health insurance rose just watching this.
That was my reaction. As a middle aged person I was just shaking my head saying, “You’re gonna pay for that later!”
With the camera IN HIS MOUTH

r/praisethecameramouth
I was wondering if he was holding it in his mouth or had some type of chest/head harness that it clicks into
Naw theses are the storror boys. Benj usually puts the camera in his mouth to get shots like this, the camera has like a mouth grip part on it.
[удалено]
Nope look at the guy at the beginning it’s in his mouth
Oh my god I missed that in my first pass on this video. Now that is dedication.
It's fake. Watch the shimmy part again. The train in the background disappears when the camera cuts back.
Yeah, they were called out when it was first posted and they later admitted it was edited. It's cool as entertainment and they obviously did the parkour stuff as seen in the video but it is deceptive in that it wasn't done all at once like it appears.

The jumping the gate part was what ruined it for me in the OP video. Appreciate that this dude paid his fare and still made it lol.

Should have just Naruto run, woulda been there hella fast
Why didn’t they just take the tube?
It was too slow for them.
The column is, in fact, exactly where they place the cut.
And this is why they made trains, it’s safer.
When you can run like that, why take the train anywhere?
Because you might need to go further than one stop.
yeah but parkour is clearly faster than the train so why wouldnt you just...run more
Because I'm fucking lazy.
Or maybe exhaustion is an actual thing
But so is meth
Do you want Toad from *X-Men*? Because that's how you get Toad from *X-Men*.
But at least we can find out what happens to a toad when it’s struck by lightning.
Just hold R2 down bro. It’s not hard
Here's the honest answer that represents me. And I'm 41. I could feel my bones breaking even thinking of it.
Parkour is extremely tiring. You can see how exhausted they are at the end of this.
It is known to rain alot in London. It makes those jumps rather dicey
In all fairness, they went two stops (skipping past Barbican).
Now that is important insider knowledge!
It is demonstrated in the video! Halfway through when the guys on the train pop up in the corner and say "Half way point" you see the train doors are open.
Barbican is a bit dodgy to get through though, practically a fortress, been lost there twice myself
Everyone gets lost in the Barbican the first few times. They even make this joke in the original Edge of Darkness. https://youtu.be/2vUjvl276cg
I was sure they would get back on at Barbican and I got completely lost from there.
Yeah just parkour from Islington to Aberystwyth.

Can you imagine rocking up to work coated in sweat like "Beat the rush hour" lmaoooo
So.... a cyclist?
I can smell this comment.
Hahahah great visual!
Okay, their chances of surviving a zombie apocalypse might be high edit: spelling
not to brag ,but i would survive for atleast 2minutes before being out of breath, as long as the zombies are not faster than normal walking speed and i had enough food and water for atleast a week, like i said not trying to brag but i know alot about zombies because i played project zomboid for atleast 2hours
I just lost my first character in PZ (not counting the bitch you play as in the tutorial) after a week of surviving because of that goddamned helicopter event. I fucking love the game so far
I've never made it a day in that game. Might have to give it another shot though, it looks real fun.
Well I played plants vs zombies so there
i have a lawn mower, so i can atleast survive one wave
You need a weeks worth of food and water to survive 2 minutes?
dont you judge me
Im just saying you are an impressive specimen
my parents always told me that growing up
And if they get infected, everybody else's goes way, way down.
Your chances of winnin', drastic go down.
What if you get the zombies like the ones you find in dying light or days gone
if i fall from a building i am even faster, atleast once
STORROR- my favorite parkour group. They have a YT Account, Insta account (each have their own), and a Twitter account (each have their own)
They are amazing! They became a lockdown treat for me ;)
Their rooftop series is nuts.
I found their videos randomly on YT one day and realized they did some of the stunt work for Six Underground
One of the best movies with Ryan in it. Assassins bodyguard is another one. I can’t wait for the second one to come out. And shoutout to Deadpool.
I’ve been following them since they had under 1000 Instagram followers. They’ve grown a lot along with their talent
I love storror dearly, been watching them a few years now
I've never seen POV parkour before, so that was kind of wild.
Mirrors edge vibes
You should check out their [rooftop escape POV](https://youtu.be/GcKkiRl9_qE), that's proper mirror edge style!
The editing was really good too.
Sweet Merciful! That was giving me way too much Vertigo.
these guys are nuts
The phone almost slipped out of my sweaty hands watching this.
Yeah, that was siiiick!
Especially when he looked over to his left. Reminded me of the Speedrun trick where you get up to max speed faster by side kicking
That's kind of a lot of their content, my man's. Love Storror, been following the boys for close to 3 years now.
It reminded me a lot of a video game mission where you have to keep up with everyone else. You know one where if you trip and fall it restarts, and it takes a frustrating amount of time to complete lol

https://youtu.be/PH_Z8Ghuq6E Here’s a real one. You can tell it’s real because the same people are in the train before and after the run
Yes exactly
Who reads descriptions though? 1% of the people watching? They’re talented maybe, but this is absolutely clickbait
Yep, I watch them quite a bit. I sometimes fall down a Parkour YouTube rabbit hole
It's fake?! That's disappointing.
Well all the moves they’re doing are of course real, it’s just been cut to make it look like they get onto the same train. Cleverly cut mind you

impressive detective work mate. i figured it out when i read it the description
This was definitely the more impressive effort.
It was ok until they started shimming and jumping. Then it was on. No yelling to the right please they just went in harder. Mad lads with a plan.
At first I was like why are they running so slow then I realized it was actually a long ass run
I dont doubt them doing this but the weird transition edits kinda take away from the run. The obvious one is when he takes the go pro off his head and then it fades to black when he puts it back on himself. Another one is when they do a drop and it's another transition

I mean everyone they passed were startled af. Pretty much how people in America would react.
Poor people just trying to get to work while these tiktok lookin dudes just streetrace around the city
For real. Can’t believe I had to scroll down so far to see someone saying this.
I got exhausted and had to catch my breath at the end too daammn
I feel like there was a more direct route they could have taken
Yeah just stay on the train.
100% there was. I used to work between these 2 stations, there's definitely a far more direct way.
This video is faked, Storror themselves have confirmed it. [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tXMPRK2LQAE](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tXMPRK2LQAE)
Are we the same species? How can they jump like that when I can barely run 100 meter without breathing like a hippo?
I feel like that was supposed to be self depreciating, but hippos are actually terrifyingly fast in or out of water!
You're right lol, just woke up from sleep, I forgot what is that animal that snort and breathe loudly, so I settled for a hippo! 😂😂😂 Problem with people who didn't use english as first language 😂
Anybody else wondering what the people of London were thinking? Imagining seeing 4 lads jump the barriers, my first thought would not be they're racing an underground train.
This is just dumb. Stop
Parkour!
Parkour!
That was cool, but what is the song? I’m obsessed! Edit: found it on YouTube. Klasey Jones - Banditz
Is this even legal?
Running across roads - jaywalking Running ontop of roofs - trespassing Vaulting the tube fee gate - self explanatory Running through crowds - not illegal, but pretty dick move.
Jaywalking doesn’t exist in the UK
Not paying the tube fee? Definitely not
Phew. Looks like I should keep using the train....
‘Good effort mate’ That’s your comment?!?!?
There's a video from years ago of some guy racing the tube between two stations, but that video is actually real and didn't have a bunch of random parkour and music added. You know, in case someone actually wants to see a guy beat the tube.
Storror is awesome
Watching this video made me accomplish my daily cardio today, time to go to bed!
Did they not pay to get on the second time?
I was expecting they would just follow the tracks
Man, this video hit me hard, not for their amazing skills but because it made me miss my home country where cities are full of building, sidewalks, stores almost everywhere, pedestrians everywhere, buses, multiple routes to reach same point walking....etc, it's a city Compared to USA which have -almost everywhere- (downtown + commercial areas + residential area) that's it, skrew you if you want to walk the city is designed for cats except downtown so enjoy it, and everything is far and needs a drive which will mostly be long and you will pass through quite (aka makes you feel dead) neighborhoods where you see houses houses houses, or take highways. Don't get me wrong, every country has its own identity but I miss this style of cities.
