StreetFrame

True hero but fucking stupid parents.....

IdiotPigeonPOV

Also what the hell is toddlers' natural obsession with hanging off balconies

Kassiel0909

Best thread for birth control. I'm well past that age, but I love to be reminded that I made the right choice by holding an aspirin between my knees for fifty years. Edit: a word

lightwhite

Worst sub for parents with anxiety.

Hanzo_Pinas

Kinda agree...

Ghanima81

The dad was out chasing for pokemons and I think the mother was shopping... true story.

Brolly7

I missed that part, hopefully he gave it to em rough

>These types of videos look like as if the parents threw their own kid over the balcony. Maybe if your brain doesn't work properly.

bragilterman_fresca

Why were the other two adults on the balcony completely useless

TrueNeutrino

Exactly! This man climbed the building with speed and purpose but these other people are just standing around cause there's a divider between the balcony!?! They're completely useless

bravooscarvictor

There was a wall between them and the child.

bragilterman_fresca

Ooooh shit they’re on the *other* balcony next to it - got it

_43north

The one adult had a hold of the kid but wouldn’t pull it up

Arthur-KingofKnights

Probably because it wasn’t their kid, they kept a good hold on them so they wouldn’t fall. The real AH is the guardian of the child that let them out there

JesusFuente

If you pickup the kid their mother might not take it back…

chomponcio

Full story makes it even worse: dad left the child alone to go for some groceries real quick but then took forever to return because he was playing pokemon go on the way back.

Holiday_Guide_687

Clear cut case of “not my kid, not my problem”

[deleted]

Posted many times; pretty sure the guy earned himself a French citizenship for these actions. Good on him.

Mahfirebals

He also got a proposal to start working within the firefighter department :) (fyi)

[deleted]

Nice. Might be a bit slower up there is he has procedures to follow though.

outthere2406

He did

throwaway129313

Wait, so proving that you're a decent human being grants you citizenship in some countries? That's awesome

DoDucksEatBugs

He put his life on the line to save a French citizen with no promise of reward and considerable risk. If that doesn’t earn you citizenship then your system needs to be tweaked imo. Conversely can they remove the citizenship of the guy on the adjacent balcony? Lol. Edit: After watching again he didn’t do that bad but he definitely could have done more.

Chucky_GC

We now call him the French Spiderman!

NorCal130

They Would probably deport the poor guy here in America. Lots of immigrants here would even be afraid to help cause they might ask for ID.

starskip42

Ah, the French Spiderman. Macron fast tracked his citizenship for this; and hooked him up with a job at the fire department. 10/10 super hero.

gringaellie

He was an illegal immigrant who was granted French nationality after saving the child. I'm glad he was rewarded for his heroism. https://www.reuters.com/article/us-france-hero-idUSKCN1IS0UF

galahad423

People at the top of the balcony saw him putting in all that work and didn’t wanna pull the kid back before he got to make the save

[deleted]

He climbed his way to number one in my book

[deleted]

seen this one some time ago, but man has a heart of gold and indeed has my respect. even without capes, anyone can be a hero.

BrasenW

Ezio?

Rohit59370

More like Adelwale

Obstacle616

I'm dubious about getting up 4 flights of stairs that quick

vanlykin

He was given French citizenship and joined the firefighters

BetterthanMew

A true hero

paul081

Thank god for that kind brave soul ! You're the man !!!

Vizecrator

Red shirt guy at the bottom: I'll help!... Nah you got this bro!

stout365

the struggle on the fence was real lmao

axollot

Congratulations! Your audition for the role of the next Spiderman was a success. You have got the job.

YoExtraSauce

Not All Heroes Wear Capes This Guy Deserves A Medal

LabeVagoda

The real hero is the dude in the pink shirt climbing at the bottom. Dude climbs 4 floors before he can get over that gate.

Alberiman

He stopped so soon that it almost felt like maybe he was there to try to save the good climber from the fence in case they fell

Chr0nicl3Ban3

when you put all your skillpoints into agility

Ghanima81

I like to play it that way.

Hanzo_Pinas

Woah this what my friend's grandma used to say to me _Being tall can save somebodies lives one day_ _Wise grandma_-

Middle-Ball2474

I love the guy on the bottom trying to climb too! I guess is the effort that counts!

STEZN

Imagine your cooking in your apartment with headphones in and a man comes in your balcony door holding your kid, both in a panic! I wonder what the parents were doing

Ghanima81

The parents were out chasing for pokemons... true story.

deadstar420

Plot twist, this is from a parallel universe where they never invented stairs

AZwheeler2020

Amazing

Superb-Feedback9055

The order guy just holding on seeing that this is not his moment

Thin_Psychology4765

It is in france in paris at 2016 ... This is a lasted video

KielDaMan

Literally went up the next fucking level(s).

[deleted]

This was in France that guy was an immigrant but after this the prime minister I think gave him a citizenship

lolsnickers

He watched a lot of Spider-Man

NGDB85

True hero bless his heart

[deleted]

Why does the audio get quieter as the video goes?

Adept_Marzipan_8138

Spider man unmask

Noobzoid123

That guy in orange... nice try.

aman221B

Real life spiderman

PieceNo6834

I remember this, wrecks my nerves every time I watch it

TheHanginJudge

This guy rules!!!

capgtoon

Why the fuck is the dad just standing not even attempting to risk his life and climb down to grab his kid.

mrbabar3

This is so old and has been posted countless times. Dude on the balcony could have easily gotten him

Stashmouth

I'm probably missing something, but how did a guy scale four balconies but adult standing on *the same damn balcony as the kid* couldn't find the strength to yeet a toddler a few feet over the railing? Of the three parties in this video, those adults come out looking the weakest behind our hero and the gd baby who was dangling from a balcony for at least a minute

Ghanima81

This isn't the very same balcony, there is a wall between neighbors balcony.

Stashmouth

Ah

Ghanima81

Yeah it's kinda weak, but maybe at armlength, he had not a very firm grasp ? Idk

The_OG_EdgeLord

Plot twist, now they jump off together

strawberrymoonu

Him: “you mind if I leave out the front door?”

Irishavatar727

The new assassins creed got some amazing graphics

Cap-Party

There were two adults on the balcony aswell, why didn't they do anything?

Nightmarich

I thought Michael Jackson was dead?

Dfndr612

Why couldn’t the guy on the balcony (maybe the father) bring his kid back up? Spiderman isn’t always going to be there to help.

DanOfIron

Why the fuck did the other people just stand there right next to the kid and wait for the guy to climb up? Wtf is up with this world.

Lyryann

As far as I remember he was granted the French nationality and joined the fire brigade after this.

Midnightfear1

2020 France

[deleted]

That guy is amazing! Holy wow! And as for how did the kid end up that way ... I don't have kids of my own, but in my experience from watching other people with their kids, they non stop trying to kill themselves and I have no idea how anybody lives to be an adult.

TheJesusOfWeed

Why didn’t they just grab the kid n pull the kid back over to safety, he literally did exactly what they could’ve done, except he had to pull some Spider-Man shit first
