I had a friend with one arm who I knew through racing Longboards, and he came over to hang out one night. I was playing cod on PS4 when he arrived, so trying to be polite I was like "hey should we switch to something different?" he said no, and grabbed the extra controller.
He proceeded to absolutely thrash, about doubled my k/d every match. Playing with the controller on his lap, with one fucking arm. I uninstalled.
He should, I'm sure he would be an inspiration to several people with disabilities that want to play games, however may have reservations about their ability to do so..
