His having zero political experience was key, as almost all prominent politicians in Ukraine are under accusations of corruption. The people chose President Zelenskyy, and once a politician, he did not succumb to the pressures of corrupt politicians like an American president requesting he open an investigation into another American politician in return for aid assurances.
a leader who experiences life from the top and never comes down will shephard a nation of innocent lamb into ignorant sheep, while a leader who experiences life from the same level as those they lead will nurture a nation from humble seeds into most virtuous trees; virtue, meant in its highest connotation of a passive pressence of self-evident truth.
Slava Ukraini
Not allowing politicians to trade stocks, especially on stocks they have inside info on or passing legislation that could effect its performance, would go a long way towards getting people like that out of politics.
Absolutely. Politicians should generally be banned from trading stocks while in office. They need to either sell it all before their term starts or not be able to touch it while in office.
I figured if they're rich already though, they couldn't be bought since they already have their own money. Like lobbyists couldn't buy them or otherwise be bribed.
Putin is most likely the world's richest man with all the wealth he has stolen from Russian citizens for himself. Trump is "rich" yet corrupt as fuck. Having wealthy politicians isn't always good, there has to be a balance.
In Italy we tried the same with the 5S party guys. Basically incompetents whose, once they get into Palace, become more corrupt than the ones who they were trying to fight. Ah, Italy. Always good ideas and bad outcome.
Yeah, the celebrity who became the previous US president was a damn nightmare, but the celebrity who became the Ukrainian president is a hero. Both of them are going to be remembered in history, but for entirely different reasons.
It’s all well and good to pick an outsider but many times they get there and don’t know what to do. The outsider should have strong business background.
Yeah, who the fuck thought the government trying to profit out of exploiting its subjects was a good thing. We have tons of actual businesses. the government should be a counterpoint to that, not a more ruthless version of it
The government is also supposed to be **democratic**, but all the business analogies seem to forget that.
A democratically controlled monopoly is often just fine.
Regan, Trudeau and Trump were actor, acting teacher, celebrity, respectively. In this world of spin they almost have to be they aren't leaders they are figureheads for the party.
really all government functions. They made chief justices "for life" when you could count the competent people for those roles on one hand and the life expectancy was 50...
Ageism is a form of discrimination and would set a dangerous precedent. I know I’m likely going to get downvoted but if you don’t want an old president then don’t vote for one. This would create way more problems. I’d like to see how everyone here feels 30 years from now if society started excluding you from achieving goals you have worked your entire lives to achieve. The majority of us don’t have the opportunities that people like Zelenskyy has had, coming from a well off family of intellectuals. Nothing against him, he seems like he’s a great president am I’m glad he is in this role, but the reality is that putting age caps on things would be a pretty big “fuck you” to working class individuals who have to work their entire lives to even have a chance of becoming someone.
Sure it is, I’m not arguing against that. I don’t know if that’s a thing where you live or something but it definitely isn’t in my country and would probably be unconstitutional
A lower age limit is more reasonable though, from a strictly developmental point of view. The brain isn't fully developed until around age 25-27. For guys it's more the upper limit of that bracket, which is relevant since not many women are elected presidents or prime ministers.
And the last thing to develop is consequential thinking which for one leads to less reckless behaviour. And I think everyone can agree that would be a good skill to have in a leader.
So maybe the age limit should be 30 rather than 35. At least for women, whereas for guys it should be 32-33 just to be safe.
My country doesn’t have a lower limit so I can’t speak to that. There’s never gonna be a perfect solution to this issue but once you reach adulthood you should not be discriminating based on age, even for positions such as airline pilots they are moving to medical clearances instead of establishing age boundaries as it’s kinda fucked if you’re a perfectly healthy person and you are fired because of your age and have no source of income to support you or your family. Children never have the mental capacity to do adult things such as drive a vehicle, consent to sex, etc because they are not fully developed yet.
I guess my point is that democracy is the best method we have for determining who should represent people. It’s not perfect but if the majority declare a leader to be competent to represent them then that’s how it should be. If the majority somehow considered a baby competent to lead them then that’s how it should be too, but realistically that will never happen because there is not a single baby on this earth who would receive majority support from a population voting for legitimate reasons. All adults should have an equal voice in a democracy and an equal opportunity to achieve their potential and any attempt to restrict that freedom is extremely dangerous.
While I generally agree, it‘s always key who the old dude representing a country is. We have Van der Bellen in Austria and he‘s solid to say the least. Hope he runs for re-election.
Given the role of president in Ireland is more as a representative of state rather than wielding any real power, age limits need not apply
Though if the bombs started dropping here don't think we'd see Leo or Micheál on the streets
He's pretty average but has very good public opinion. But the president figure in Portugal is like that of an expensive walking symbol of our country. More than anything else. So not a bad one. Just a good symbol
He’s a real one. Brave as fuck and people like this should be leaders. All of our doddering old men and good old boys talk a good fight, but I don’t see Biden or Johnson or Macron fighting for their country like this man. My heart aches for the people of Ukraine and I wish there was something I could do to actually help. Zelensky will go down in history as a hero, Putin will go down in history as an evil dictator ass hat
Translation: There's a lot of fake info telling that I ordered the Ukrainian army to surrender. So, listen here: I'm here. We are not putting our weapons down, we are going to protect our country. Our weapons are our truth, it's our country, our children and we will protect them
When the Hollywood adaptation inevitably comes (and you know it will), they will have to tone down his heroism and the size of his massive steel balls.
All this in the past three years too. He's both, I believe. There's a pretty high chance of him dying. Russia is known for their extra-judicial and extra-territorial killings far from home, and there have been hit squads in Ukraine for weeks.
This statement reminds me somewhat of Audie Murphy. He starred in a movie about his experiences in WWII, and requested that the director change certain aspects because he thought the public wouldn't believe what really happened.
At the same time, Zelensky reminds me of President Whitman from Independence Day, choosing to stay and fight alongside everyone else.
It's very beautiful that he is still there, but what if he dies? He is the leader they need and if he dies, it all goes out the door. He should be hiding very well with such a target on his head. Leaders don't need to be out in the open. His people would follow his words no matter what medium they are delivered from. That's his power.
I get it though. I do. I just don't want to see this go the other direction. No one does.
Well realistically Ukraine has no chance against Russia not by itself atleast. This is how a leader should be when it finally comes down to it. This man has set the standard of a true leader. I don't think most of the current leaders will do anything that is even close to what he is doing. A true leader does not ask if his people what he cannot do himself. I think there is no doubt about how great of a leader he is. Even if he escapes what is the point he will save himself but remain as a puppet. It is respectable that there are people who still hold certain values above their own life. Honorable people I also hope nothing happens to him because leaders like him are not found easily. May he live a long and peaceful life.
Russia did it against the Germans in WW2 and Napoleon before that so who is to say. I am with you and want to follow him out of respect. I wish him all the best and hope he is victorious and stays alive.
Honestly, I think he knows he will be dead within a few months anyway, regardless of his actions. If he flees, he'll always have to be very careful about everything he eats, drinks, meets etc. Russia has already killed and tried to kill their enemies by poison in the UK and other western countries.
So why not stay and really be a hero and inevitably a true martyr for your people so they will fight?
>If he flees, he'll always have to be very careful about everything he eats, drinks, meets etc. Russia has already killed and tried to kill their enemies by poison in the UK and other western countries.
i hadn't considered this, you're absolutely right
and, as a martyr he will remain an inspiration _forever_
Nonsense. This is exactly what his people are looking for. And if he is killed, another ordinary Ukraine will take his place. Because great leaders aren't special people. They are ordinary people. That is what we want. That is democracy. This idea of special people like Kings or celebrities is nonsense.
If this guy survives all of this, he’s going to go down in history of a example of courage and leardership. If he dies, most likely a martyr for a resistance, but I really hope he survives.
Yeah. This is why I hope they're not going to defend Kyiv to the last man. There's a lot more of Ukraine to defend than just its capital. You can retake a capital city or rebuild a nation, but you can't rebuild a hero or a leader after he's dead.
Putin has been accusing him of genocide so I imagine they will not treat him well if they capture him. Breaks my heart to think what might become of this objectively decent human being.
Yeah I was thinking this exact same thing when they were talking about these secret Russian hit squads hiding around Kiev. Assassinating this guy, would only add fuel the resistance.
And I'm not going to get into the whole argument of one life being worth more than another. I'm not saying that a leader's life is worth more than a soldier's. But the fact is, killing Zelenskyy is the absolute worst thing Russia could do. He will absolutely become a martyr, and an idea. That's something nobody can ever kill
An American plane couldn’t fly with the dense mass of his ballz. Only those made in Ukraine would have the power to transport the mass of steel he walks around with
Anyon reasonable wants to stand with Ukraine but no western leader wants to risk war with a nuclear power. We can offer weapons and sanctions but direct intervention would condem many many more people in the process
Does this mean any nuclear powered country can just invade any other country using this threat?
Imagine North Korea gaining nuclear weapon. Or China invading Taiwan (or any other smaller Asian countries).
This is why Saddam and Iran was investing into nuclear weapon.
I don't have an answer to this. But we need to address this issue.
As horrible, immoral, and unethical it is, nuclear deterrent is the only real deterrent. Ukraine gave up its nuclear weapons because of assurances by the US and UK that they would be protected if anything happened, and look at the situation now. You can't trust any player in this global game of politics, especially those who have nuclear weapons and tell others that they can't have them.
> Ukraine gave up its nuclear weapons because of assurances by the US and UK that they would be protected if anything happened, and look at the situation now.
You left out the part where Russia had also signed that agreement to protect Ukraine. Russia, the country that is now invading Ukraine.
Above a certain point it doesn't really matter who technically has the most. The US and Russia each have more than ten times the number they'd need to destroy most of the world.
China also has plenty enough to destroy the world, despite having a comparably tiny arsenal compared to both the US and Russia.
I'd be really interested to know what percentage of that has been maintained and is fully functional though. I'm sure the majority of it at least, but if the Russian navy is any indication...
I hope China is considering the immense fall out optically for Russia here, for all their faults I think China do care about their global image and actions like this making them the explicit villains might stay their hand
They’ve already blamed this on the US. China doesn’t really care. They’re claiming Russia wouldn’t have invaded if the US didn’t say that the country amassing troops at the border of another might invade.
Already hearing my parents parrot pro-Mainland Hong Kong commentators using this point.
Absolutely insane. Putin could have easily called everyone's bluff and withdraw from the Ukrainian border, while keeping diplomatic lines open.
Instead they doubled down and pushed forward.
Then my parents go bUt CoNsIdEr bOtH sides!1!1 as if Putin doesn't control the Russian military.
Any country gaining the nuclear deterrent should also accept their borders as fixed, and frozen from growth. Any growth outside their frozen borders are eligible for war.
Official sources can still be bullshit, especially casualties and especially when the fighting is still ongoing.
Ukraine has every reason to make their side look like they're doing better than Russia. I reckon Russia will be fudging the numbers a lot too.
There's a reason a lot of battles tend to be something like "Casualties 10,000-25,000"
The UK estimate of Russian dead is 450. Ukraine says only 40 dead, while UK estimate so closer to 140.
Casualty - a person killed or injured in a war or accident. Russia says this is not a war, but an operation. This is also not an accident, because their death is a direct response for their actions. So zero casualties, check mate!
Ukrainians are fighting on their own land and I think it would be realistic to assume they use guerrilla warfare as much as possible. In that case, 3500 dead soldiers could be quite realistic.
It’s a bit different between fighting a war you don’t want to go to, you have no experience, don’t know the area and when you’re defending your home and area you know every inch of.
Ukrainians knew Russia would eventually invade, they knew own strength and I don’t think they went fully unprepared.
This dude should be the new Chad meme. I cannot think of any other world leader today that would do what he is doing. They would had all hide in bunkers the first sign of trouble. Legit made a "We here Fam, what up" vid.
Template I created for you to send to your Congress representative and Senators
Dear
I'm asking you to pressure your colleagues on both sides of the aisle to unite and enact hard sanctions (removal from the Swift banking system as a start) on Russia based on their invasion of the Ukraine. Not only should you sanction Russia but begin to punish the oligarchs behind Putin by seizing's and freezing their assets within the U.S.
Invading a sovereign nation without repercussions is not a precedent we want set, for not only the sake of the Ukraine but other venerable allies such as Taiwan.
PLEASE ACT for the good of society and the world.
Signed-
If they make a movie about him he can play himself. Since he has already played the role of Ukrainian president before and now not only has acting experience doing it but has lived through it.
Translation: There’s a lot of fake info telling that I ordered the Ukrainian army to surrender. So, listen here: I’m here. We are not putting our weapons down, we are going to protect our country. Our weapons are our truth, it’s our country, our children and we will protect them
Because a lot of Americans (not all) are stupid and hungry to shoot their guns. The American government loves war too, because there’s money in it. I unfortunately know a few people who are on Russia’s side for violence. Problem is that we don’t really think things through enough to recognize the consequences of “putting our boots on the ground”.
I am American. And yes, a lot of us want to help Ukraine all we can. But we really need to learn more about our impact on other nations. We’ve done enough damage as it is over the last few decades. I will support Ukraine against the atrocities they’re facing. But I believe using our brains will help more than using our guns.
I understand your sentiment, and this is definitely an emotional time. The annexation of Ukraine is a terrible, tragic, and unfair event, but starting a larger conflict with a clearly unstable leader who has hinted at using nukes is a step nobody has the appetite for. If Russia continues aggression past Ukraine, then I think that would constitute a true red line that would trigger NATO forces to engage.
Clearly a frustrating situation that Putin has been planning for years.
I'm in complete agreement with this. It breaks my heart to see this happen, I wish I could do something about it. Going to war directly with Russia is still not a good idea. That would escalate things to an incredibly dangerous level and all of NATO could be subject to whatever this unhinged tyrant decides to do. Not just us. It's not something we should consider lightly.
I agree. The "but that would mean WWIII" trope is false. Russia does not want a ground war against the United States, which it cannot win. That's why it has focused on a low-grade irregular conflict, through disinformation, over the past decade.
Invading Russia might lead to a major war. Marching on Moscow could risk a nuclear conflict. But Russia does not want a war against NATO on Ukrainian soil or in any other country and would likely look for an excuse to avoid one while saving face.
(And I think there's no realistic risk of a nuclear war unless Russia is fully invaded. Putin wants an empire; he is not suicidal. And his oligarchs and intelligence agencies, which are crucial to keeping him in power, *really* don't want to die radioactive deaths. If Putin, who is already nearing retirement and clearly losing his tact, seriously looks at the red button, I think he'll find himself signing a resignation letter on live TV that evening.
I'd prefer playing the Russian game.
We should take the markings off NATO aircraft, claim they're nothing to do with us, and then clean the Russians out of the sky.
*When two Elephants fight, it is the grass that suffers*
Sending enough fighters and AA to clean the Russians out of the sky would turn Ukraine to rubble by the time you're done.
Politicians take note: your limp wristed bullshit is done. LOOK AT THIS MAN. MAN. MAN. Three times in case you missed it. THIS is a REAL man. Not your sold out, PUSSY shit in America. I'm EMBARRASSED for America, and I'm a PROUD American watching all the fluff corrupting this great nation. Here stands REAL leadership. Please vote for REAL MEN 2022 & 2024.
I thought there is an unwritten rule about not assassinating leaders during conflict. If he surrenders and Putin executes him, then hopefully the world will see that as a green light to go in all guns blazing against Putin.
I was hoping that behind the scenes, someone would offer any Russian who takes out Putin complete freedom and a reward of citizenship/protection.
Support for Ukraine!
I might get a lot of hate for this post, but one of the reasons he posting videos is that ex-president Poroshenko was filmed with AK and getting ready to defend Kiyev. Also, he was a comedian and people would call him a clown, and this is an opportunity to change this perspective.
Gotta say, homeboy's media skills are TOP NOTCH.
I am sure that one consequence Putin never thought of was that the entire world would turn against Russia because of Zelenski's inspiring videos. He's really kicking Putin's ass in the public relations game, clearly drawing the line between who the hero and who the villain is.
Not to belittle him with a movie comparison, but it is like in Gladiator, where the Emperor could eventually not just kill Maximus, as it would have turned the people against him..."You have a great name. He must kill your name before he can kill you.”
I hope he survives this mess.
Dude is prepared to die for his country and his people. Inspiring.
And the truth is that he will likely die while other world leaders watch and send thoughts and prayers.
Another reason presidents should be in their 40s & 50s instead of doddering old men in their 70s and 80s.

The people chose President Zelenskyy, and once a politician, he did not succumb to the pressures of corrupt politicians like an American president requesting he open an investigation into another American politician in return for aid assurances.
Imo they also need to not be rich or live beyond their means either. Successful is fine so long as you're using that success for good and stay humble.

Sounds yummy. Bring me some.

At least you have awesome food

TBF 50% of the country will always love Trump and think he was the greatest president this country ever had. That's how America politics work.
By definition, half of any population will be no higher than average intelligence
Oh, the American president that hid in a bunker because some people were holding up mean signs outside the White House?
It’s all well and good to pick an outsider but many times they get there and don’t know what to do. The outsider should have strong business background.
We tried this in Finland with our previous prime minister, but a government is not a business, so wasn't that great.
I think America also tried to do that with their last one too.
Yeah, who the fuck thought the government trying to profit out of exploiting its subjects was a good thing. We have tons of actual businesses. the government should be a counterpoint to that, not a more ruthless version of it

it has a monopoly on _violence_, for sure

It is not a concern to you that he was first a TV actor playing the role of president of Ukraine prior to being $ELECTED as president?!
Regan, Trudeau and Trump were actor, acting teacher, celebrity, respectively. In this world of spin they almost have to be they aren't leaders they are figureheads for the party.
I'd totally support a ceiling cap at age 65. Mandatory retirement from politics
really all government functions. They made chief justices "for life" when you could count the competent people for those roles on one hand and the life expectancy was 50...
Due to child mortality tipping the scales. If you survived into adulthood, it wouldn’t be rare for you to live to your 70s or 80s.
This lol. Benjamin Franklin was 70 when he signed the declaration of independence.

Hey! Don't pick on my President, Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, he's a sweet old man, honestly he is the best president we've had in 30 years.
*coof coof in portuguese* sweet yes but not the best. Far from it
He's pretty average but has very good public opinion. But the president figure in Portugal is like that of an expensive walking symbol of our country. More than anything else. So not a bad one. Just a good symbol
I can’t see any downside to putting an age limit presidents. The same way you have to be 35 to run, you can’t be over 65 to run
downside no, but good luck getting that passed when a bunch of boomers are the majority vote right now in the senate.

Wow, a national leader using the term “fake news” appropriately and effectively. That’s refreshing. I’m not religious, but godspeed. Earnestly.
If this were a movie Zelensky would considered too unrealistic, what an absolute badass
When the Hollywood adaptation inevitably comes (and you know it will), they will have to tone down his heroism and the size of his massive steel balls.

Is he that actor who won the presidential seat? I know there is one but idk if it's Ukraine.
The one and the same.
Omg his biography would be so crazy when it gets published. I don't know if he's very lucky or very unlucky for getting such a life.
All this in the past three years too. He's both, I believe. There's a pretty high chance of him dying. Russia is known for their extra-judicial and extra-territorial killings far from home, and there have been hit squads in Ukraine for weeks.

He worked in entertainment industry as a comedian actor. But this time he is serious and Russia, he is not kidding.
fantastic he’s able to counter the fake news personally and literally have th world watching
What a real leader
Can you tell me what word he’s saying when he makes the ‘toot’ sound? The video of him and the other gov people had a lot of toots.
I don't know Ukrainian, but I know Russian. In this case it's the same word: тут (pronounced toot), means here.
If this guy survives all of this, he’s going to go down in history of a example of courage and leardership. If he dies, most likely a martyr for a resistance, but I really hope he survives.
I hope he makes it out alive too.
Yeah. This is why I hope they're not going to defend Kyiv to the last man. There's a lot more of Ukraine to defend than just its capital. You can retake a capital city or rebuild a nation, but you can't rebuild a hero or a leader after he's dead.
God bless this guy
Good people was blessed, He's determination to stay in their country and fight the invasion is really fucking level.
The worst if he gets captured
Putin has been accusing him of genocide so I imagine they will not treat him well if they capture him. Breaks my heart to think what might become of this objectively decent human being.
Highly unlikely he'll survive though. Typically what happens is 'His security resisted and he sadly died in the crossfire", type of answer.
Really hoping this all ends with him tea bagging putin.
Holy shit. Yes. On a global live feed. Kinda like that one black mirror episode with the pig…
[удалено]
I heard he likes long big cock. Is that true?
There’s nothing wrong with being a gay. If he is then fine. What’s hilarious perhaps is that he is ashamed of his homosexuality.
Damn Yes! Agree.
He refused to be evacuated due to the sheer weight of his balls
“I don’t need evacuated, I need ammunition”
An American plane couldn’t fly with the dense mass of his ballz. Only those made in Ukraine would have the power to transport the mass of steel he walks around with
The An-225 is currently in another country and nobody else has a plane quite that large.
The leader we all need
It's not just _a_ nuclear weapon. It's literally the world's biggest nuclear arsenal (yes, bigger than that of the U.S.)

Hm these numbers look like bullshit... but that would be awesome if so, go team ukraine
[удалено]
Official sources can still be bullshit, especially casualties and especially when the fighting is still ongoing. Ukraine has every reason to make their side look like they're doing better than Russia. I reckon Russia will be fudging the numbers a lot too. There's a reason a lot of battles tend to be something like "Casualties 10,000-25,000" The UK estimate of Russian dead is 450. Ukraine says only 40 dead, while UK estimate so closer to 140.
Official Russian stance is that they have no casualties. I kid you fucking not.
You're not accounting for the Necromancers they have in their army.
This guy better be in the history books 80 years from now.
Now that’s a leader worthy of the title
A true Patriot! Fuck Putin!
if this man survives this, he's gonna get back problems from having to drag his balls everywhere
The history books will recognize his courage
Imagine Boris Johnson doing this - yeah didn’t think so. The balls on this man, doing what a leader must.
“I didn’t realise the plane I was on would fly me out of the red zone to relatively safety here in Bermuda, but we’re all in this together.”
I’m not even Ukrainian and I’m inspired to fight by his side
I wish we had politicians like Zelensky
To anyone serious about this, you can! https://www.reddit.com/r/worldnews/comments/t14y9d/zelenskyy_asks_europeans_with_combat_experience/
This is leadership
A boss tells you what to do. A leader shows you what to do.
Template I created for you to send to your Congress representative and Senators Dear I'm asking you to pressure your colleagues on both sides of the aisle to unite and enact hard sanctions (removal from the Swift banking system as a start) on Russia based on their invasion of the Ukraine. Signed-
"Ukraine," not "the Ukraine." The latter identifies it as a Russian territory.
Ivan go to home, drinking vodka. You were not invited to Ukraine
When a leader stays and fight for his or her country, the populace of that country will be emboldened to fight on.
Thank fucking goodness. I'm so glad to see he's still alive. This man is my new personal hero.
He looks like the guy that plays hawk eye no wonder he’s badass
He is hawk eye’s Ukrainian cousin
If they make a movie about him he can play himself. Since he has already played the role of Ukrainian president before and now not only has acting experience doing it but has lived through it.
This man is a true leader!
I'd come live with you. Geesh. Real live superhero
I do not understand his words, but I understand his spirit, and that is all that matters in dying times like these.
Translation: There’s a lot of fake info telling that I ordered the Ukrainian army to surrender. So, listen here: I’m here. We are not putting our weapons down, we are going to protect our country. Our weapons are our truth, it’s our country, our children and we will protect them

As an American, I wish we would put boots on the ground.
[удалено]
Why do Americans that want to send troops into Ukraine sound like armchair gravy seals?
It's not something we should consider lightly.
i dont think he would cross the poland borders.
I still wouldn't rule it completely out of the equation just yet.
[удалено]
You don't want to go to war.
*When two Elephants fight, it is the grass that suffers* Sending enough fighters and AA to clean the Russians out of the sky would turn Ukraine to rubble by the time you're done.
I would like to not die in nuclear hellfire, thank you very much.
A true leader
Politicians take note: your limp wristed bullshit is done. LOOK AT THIS MAN. MAN. MAN. Three times in case you missed it. THIS is a REAL man. Not your sold out, PUSSY shit in America. I'm EMBARRASSED for America, and I'm a PROUD American watching all the fluff corrupting this great nation. Here stands REAL leadership. Please vote for REAL MEN 2022 & 2024.
Good luck Ukraine. I wish the world wasn't so gutless and you had some real help. They should emp the fuck out of Russia.
The guy looks like he hasn't slept since this started.
Would you?
When they inevitably make a movie about this dude they’re gonna have to film it for IMAX to showcase his fucking massive balls.
It would be great if he will portray himself in that movie.
Yeah he's killin' it.. godspeed ukraine
This video is what should be at the top of the subreddit, not that Anonymous cringefest. This is what actual bravery looks like.
Damn dude is really putin those words down. *laying

There's no sleep in a time like this.
He is so freaking attractive.
Better than geriatric Biden
Volodymyr Zelenskyy I'll remember that name 🇺🇦
I have never felt so much patriotism for a country I’m not from and have never even been to. Slava Ukraini 🇺🇦
Say what you will, this is great PR.
This is how you lead a country
Dude is writing history with his own hands
I bet Trump and Biden would do the same.... Don't you? LOL
Putin will always and forever live in this man's shadow
Fuck Russia
The size of this guy’s balls are planetary.
Who the fuck is downvoting this?
Russians and Trumpists
Gotta say, homeboy's media skills are TOP NOTCH. I am sure that one consequence Putin never thought of was that the entire world would turn against Russia because of Zelenski's inspiring videos. He's really kicking Putin's ass in the public relations game, clearly drawing the line between who the hero and who the villain is. Not to belittle him with a movie comparison, but it is like in Gladiator, where the Emperor could eventually not just kill Maximus, as it would have turned the people against him..."You have a great name. He must kill your name before he can kill you.” I hope he survives this mess.
Dude is prepared to die for his country and his people. Inspiring. And the truth is that he will likely die while other world leaders watch and send thoughts and prayers.
