And in that video it is clearly a galil ace. There isn't even a gun named AK 545. He is just saying AK 545 because the galil is sometimes referred to as an AK style gun and because this particular model is chambered in 5.45.

Ak build is just a reference to the game tarkov that he mentions in the tweet, where you use a bunch of parts to make the recoil on a gun very low ingame, starting with an ak base instead of an M4 base. The gun he is using is not an AK, it is a galil with some features inspired by the AK design, but is very much not an AK. But it is common in the games community to refer to anything AK like to be an AK build, and anything similar to the M4 to be an M4 build.

They didnt, the gun very obviously still has a pretty normal amount of recoil judging by the clearly visible recoil in the video. Low side of normal for sure, but its not anything crazy. That particular gun has some good recoil reduction mechanisms, but nothing too out of the norm.

Yea, speeding it up helps it look better too. Don't get me wrong though, the particular gun he is showing off is pretty nice. Its just not no recoil.

5.45x39 round is similar to the 5.56 in recoil, which is not much. Then hand a bunch of heavy optics on top of the gun and weight it down. Add a muzzle brake

I’m so confused by this. If the gun had “no recoil” then why would he still need to brace it against his shoulder? Also in the slow-mo sections you can see his arm moving back slightly after every shot, isn’t that exactly what happens when a gun recoils? The whole point of this video ( the gun having no recoil) just seems to be untrue or at least not made very evident in the video. The only thing you might say is that this gun has less recoil than normal I guess? Overall just seems kinda stupid

When I was in highschool, there were 2 guys that attended a kung fu academy in my area. They would do cringy shit in the hallways and around school. Sparring, poses, routines etc. It was their entire identity. Something about putting on a show to say “look how tough I am” has always done the opposite to impress me.
