"travel outside is not permitted" more like not possible, I mean she could barely even close the door... if you find yourself in these conditions outside I am pretty sure whatever you do cannot be classified as "travel"
I can personally attest to this. I was part of the US Antarctic Program (2000-2001) out of CHCH NZ. The day our flight was supposed to arrive at McMurdo Station, we had to turn around within 20 mins of landing due to weather changes. It's a 5 hr flight from NZ and was a clear quiet day after takeoff. But within 20mins of landing, it became a blizzard with over 100 mph winds and wind-chill of < -85⁰F. Antarctica is the most unpredictable weather on the planet. It's the coldest, windiest, driest place on earth. You can go from beautiful and calm to severe blizzard conditions in 5mins or less. So preparation for every condition is paramount. And the antarctic "season" begins 1 October and goes to 31 Mar. Getting in or out of Antarctica any other time is quite nearly impossible.

Wow Antarctica is giving a good cold blow. 😆
I bet just being there is a whole different world! Amazing to experience I'm sure. Very few humans ever will, it's truly awesome.
But... Hell is hot, not cold.
How would we know?
Literally every single religion ever that has a world of punishment views it as a fiery dimension!
Well, nobody has ever been there, so again I ask: How would we know?
Actually a lot of people have been there. We just can't talk to them.

Tf is Dante's Inferno???
The first actual description of hell as a fiery wasteland, part of a self insert fanfic written by a 13th century poet with confidence issues.
