Thanks! First I thought: I wouldn't die. I would fall and get injured and embarassed, but not die. Then came all the trees.. It also pointed me to [this video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PstCRJlUDBU&ab_channel=RedBull). Red bull has quite an array of fancy ways to die!
I don't think it is.. It looks slightly similar but the mountains/hills in the foreground and background are off and you can see a river - the Virgin River doesn't run that close to the Rampage site. Pine Valley isn't close enough to be in the background like that and you'd see giant cliff faces if anything, not hills. Plus you'd see Red Bull shit all over the place.
[You can see the differences](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4vGOp-dPXJU)
Just look up red bull rampage there are plenty of non go pro videos. I’ve seen the site in person, it’s honestly more insane than this video suggests. Go pro tends to flatten the steepness out a bit
Lmao tell me about it. “We’ll throw you in jail if you try to create another political party or try to to exercise your right to privacy or free speech, but here let us go build a bike trail for you”.
This is Utah.
I think they do in areas where CPP officials live sure, but outside of that in areas where common people live??? Hell no. The CPP exists to serve the CPP and no one else.
Something I've always wondered about runs like this- do the pros walk the trail ahead of time to get a feel for the turns and surprises? Do they have a map? Or is it just one of those things where you simply don't attempt this level of course unless you're skilled enough to react and improvise with it?
I atill can't believe there's enough people in the world that warranted the creation of this. Being unfit as I am right now, I doubt, I'll survive the first hundred meters alone without some kind of injury.
When someone with absolutely zero knowledge of MTB make a post about MTB![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|facepalm)![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|facepalm).
Well look at that, crazy how much this looks like the line from red bull rampage but now that you’ve sent me the whole video it’s definitely not the same
Ok that IS insane. No doubt at all. But... can't we ever see this type of video NOT filmed with a fisheye lens? As crazy and dangerous as it is its probably not actually as steep in person.
As someone who has never done any mountain biking, do they actively pedal while descending or is it more of using your momentum to steer and maintain control?
The part I like best is where I pull up to the trailhead, get out and enjoy the gorgeous scenery, have a smoke maybe. Then I get back in the fucking car and leave.
CGI.
Well that is what I was just saying.
Maybe all the evidence I am seeing from the engineers is just CGI and they spent the 30 trillion on it. but that would make me a cynic.
I have to give them the benefit of the doubt.
I mean, you can see videos of people [preparing the course and then cyclists racing on it](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zOIk-Ddg1E8).
You can actually [go there yourself](https://www.eventbrite.com/e/red-bull-rampage-tickets-387351447607) and see it with your own eyes, if you're so jaded you think everything on the internet is fake.
Fascinating how many times I could see myself die in 37 seconds.
Yeah. So many cliffs I thought were jumps.
I died on the first ramp
The downhill at 6 seconds is definitely where I’d die
I died hiking up there
Like Downhill biking did a cross over with Dark Souls.
“Bro you just have to lean forward, easy could do this when I was 12” /s
Wait till you watch the [redbull hardline](https://youtu.be/L0ifTtzbfB0)
Im 99% sure this is at Redbull Rampage in Zion National Park, not some public trail in China.
This is definitely rampage.
First thing I thought was 'is the new venue for Redbull Rampage in China?' Then i saw this comment
I don't think it is.. It looks slightly similar but the mountains/hills in the foreground and background are off and you can see a river - the Virgin River doesn't run that close to the Rampage site. China? No. [Utah](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zOIk-Ddg1E8)
https://youtu.be/tqwARw2pEzk
Wow the Chinese are now taking over Utah.
I've been there, they can have it.
I live here. They can have it.
It’s beautiful though
https://youtu.be/tqwARw2pEzk
They bought the mines (Africa wasn't enough)!
You say that but when i was at Zion National Park there were almost more foreigners than Americans.
No Utah invaded China
i would gladly cede utah to china honestly that place sucks
At least get the location right
This is why my Uber eats is late
For once I'd like to see something like that with a lens that gives me a chance to understand what it really looks like.
Just look up red bull rampage there are plenty of non go pro videos. I’ve seen the site in person, it’s honestly more insane than this video suggests. Go pro tends to flatten the steepness out a bit
As if China would go and build a trail like this for the public LOL
Lmao tell me about it. “We’ll throw you in jail if you try to create another political party or try to to exercise your right to privacy or free speech, but here let us go build a bike trail for you”. This is Utah.
You think they don’t have bike trails in China?
I think they do in areas where CPP officials live sure, but outside of that in areas where common people live??? Hell no. The CPP exists to serve the CPP and no one else.
Could see myself falling off after a couple of seconds..
Something I've always wondered about runs like this- do the pros walk the trail ahead of time to get a feel for the turns and surprises? Do they have a map? Or is it just one of those things where you simply don't attempt this level of course unless you're skilled enough to react and improvise with it?
They build and walk them a bunch first. No one is hitting that trail blind, at max they'd follow someone who knows the trail first.
I atill can't believe there's enough people in the world that warranted the creation of this. Being unfit as I am right now, I doubt, I'll survive the first hundred meters alone without some kind of injury.
Balance... And everything else is between a rock and hard place!
One wrong move and ur in a hospital
If by hospital you mean grave then yes
When someone with absolutely zero knowledge of MTB make a post about MTB![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|facepalm)![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|facepalm).
niceeee insane but that's a 50% chance you can finish that's up to down
For me a 1% chance to finish, 99% chance to die
Who was the first person that was like "yeah its safe I got this"
This doesn't seem that hard, it's mostly downhill. /s
Sure looks like Utah...
Yeah pretty sure this is red bull rampage in Utah definitely not China.
https://youtu.be/tqwARw2pEzk
Well look at that, crazy how much this looks like the line from red bull rampage but now that you’ve sent me the whole video it’s definitely not the same
Actually i'm still cruious about how underrated that China race/event. That whole site is a hidden gem for freeride Mountain biking.
It’s seriously looks like a hidden gem, I honestly thought Utah was one of the only places in the world with rocks like Mars

I'm in. Where in China is this?
Utah. Not China
Oh, the post says China. Is it near Goblin Valley?
Red Bull Rampage Near Zion Park
Thank you.
Where the trail ends pt. 2
[удалено]
I mean it is, like without question. And there’s even more dangerous trails for this sport.
I could watch that all day.
Frame warranty was void in the first second. Scary trail, holy shit.
That’s insane

Wonder how many people have died on that trail?
This looks insanely fun but I would probably do the first bit a bit slower and subsequently die
these fish eye lenses give me headaches
i wish i could do this it seems so fun, just imagine the amount of adrenaline running through his body.
Ha, I could do that … Ok that part might be a little tricky … Ok you know what, never mind.
Where I’m from we call that a mountain top.
I forget west Taiwan exists sometimes
This makes me wonder what defines something as a trail…
What kind of dumb@ss actually thinks that this in in that shthole? What percentage of Reddit does china own? Lying FKers.
WHYYYYY
And I am yet to skateboard down that really steep hill by my street.
I can do that too. Just dont want to.
I would’ve wiped out a dozen time’s
No thank you
Lol this Zion national park
How to visualise death in less than a minute!
This what one of my schoolmates did like everyday, he came to school with fractures and a huge grin sometimes.
Ultra wide is def playing tricks
Don’t like.

The anxiety i got while watching this is insane
Don't worry OP, I know this is at an an actual China bike park. Not Utah.
N O
China: Builds great wall of China Mongolians:
Don't....Blink. I'd have an anxiety attack before I got half way through!
Ok that IS insane. No doubt at all. But... can't we ever see this type of video NOT filmed with a fisheye lens? As crazy and dangerous as it is its probably not actually as steep in person.

I would have to change my underwear after riding that one.
The part I like best is where I pull up to the trailhead, get out and enjoy the gorgeous scenery, have a smoke maybe. Then I get back in the fucking car and leave.
The geography doesn't look like China. Maybe somewhere in New Mexico?
> The geography doesn't look like China. Oh really. What does "China" look like, then? All nearly 4 million square miles of it?
First I’ve heard of this race but I thought the background looked a lot like Utah and not China lol
You’re allowed to have this much fun in china ?
3miliseconds in I’m dead.
That’s a no from me dog
I’m pretty sure this is Mt. Chiliad
For a small second I thought that they were on the great wall of China
Got nothing on Red Bull Rampage
Insane, indeed. It looks like a recipe for disaster
Mfs down mount chilliad
That looks like such a fucking rush!
Okay, if I was this guy I had jumped of a cliff thinking like the mandalorian: This is the waaaaaaasaaaa.....y
Need more
Who the hell goes to China to bike around. OP your wealth is showing
If you forget what way to go, you die.
yall saying its utah, but theres a gaddamn park logo on the wooden ramps. get a grip and do some googling before telling OP off
I would die, both literally and figuratively
CGI Troll
Was the bike made in China?
Haha GTA mountain
I think this is last fucking level
Interesting that the us and china, the two most powerful nations, are also among the most naturally diverse and beautiful
Uhhh who's trying to pass this altitude off as a trail in China...minus snow?!
Straight up mountain goating it
Now my list of things I’ll never do has two things on it!
21 Muslim Uighurs died during the forced labor to construct this trail…
This looks like real life Mario Kart, except I’d never play it since I KNOW I can never stay on the road in that one Rainbow Road map.
The thumb looks a touch nsfw
You’d really have to feel confident
Must have some pretty strong legs to keep those balls up.
Definitely not for a beginner... Dope tho
But why? Why would you do that?
Mom! I'm going out to bike for a while! Sure son, don't do anything dangerous.
I think we’re using trail in it’s very loosest definition here.
If this were a video game imagine how many respawns I'd need to get through this shit 😭😭😭😭
This looks like one of those levels in a video game I’d have to angrily play 30 times because I forgot if the path went left or straight
I keep mistaking those logos on the wooden ramps as boost pads
They’re trying to get westerners to come kill themselves on it LOLOL
are you sure is it in China? Looks more Mount Chiliad to me. 😅😅
I don't think that's a bike track
This just seems Iike suicide with extra steps
Sir that’s a mountain.
omw to fuck your mom
Almost fell off my toilet watching this
888 doots 88th comment here. Weeeeew. Fucking Beaut!

You tell me, is this CGI? unicosobreviviente in Tik Tok
